Who am I? I am Nick Trigili , an IFBB Pro. I have 20+ years of experience in bodybuilding and fitness. I did my first competition at the age of 16 and turned professional at 25. Thats when I won the Mr.USA title. Throughout my career I was endorsed by the biggest supplement companies and magazines in the fitness industry. Through all the trials and tribulations i have continuously evolved. Bodybuilding was my life but I've always had a passion for journalism. What is Bodybuilding and BS? I created BB & BS because the bodybuilding and fitness industry lacked a transparent media outlet. Growing up magazines used to be the only media source for information. Fans and supporters relied on those magazines to get new insight. One problem though, it was all BS! 10 years ago I started to deliver the raw, honest and real information to the fans. 6 years ago I created BB & BS. My mission is to grow BB & BS , and to be the pinnacle of bodybuilding news! Why become a BS'er? You will be the first to know about big stories before they drop on my channel. You will get a behind the scenes look of how stories are researched. Also valuable knowledge to be learned within the bodybuilding realm. Lastly, get involved and be recognized! You will be able to request topics that you want to hear me discuss.

LEARNING TO LIVE AFTER CHEMO I'm DC (David Charles) learning to live again, starting again after losing everything. In 2011, I was living in Japan, in a small town between Sendai, and the coast of Miyagi. On March 11th 2011 we were hit by a 9 plus Magnitude Earthquake, and Tsunami. After 9 months of scrounging for food and water, cleaning up, rebuilding and helping others. I visited my family in Australia for Christmas. While there I was diagnosed very high stage 4 Follicular Lymphoma, that has no cure, the best I could hope for is a remission. It is a relapsing type of cancer, that will return no matter what, and the more you treat it, the shorter the remission periods, and the stronger it gets. This left me homeless, my career and business gone, and in limbo, my wife in Japan had to leave it all behind to come and support me. After chemo and radiation, then 14months of more "maintenance" chemotherapy, and 2 years to the day of the first diagnoses I was diagnosed as very high stage 4 again! After going through more chemotherapy in a clinical trial that almost killed me, the cancer continued to grow, the tumor around my aorta grew faster than ever, so then I had to go in to a stem-cell transplant that almost killed me, and did briefly, I stopped breathing a number of time. I was bed ridden for 5.5 years total. Now I am trying to start a new life, and continuing the battle against this relapsing cancer, trying to find a permanent home for my family, and I am trying to help people manage theirs, and support them through their journey too. About I am Mat Armstrong from Leicester UK. Follow me as i build & modify cars. I dont really specialise in any manufacture of car, neither am i professionally trained, just a regular guy winging it as i go along restoring each car with my own personal touch (even if that means getting the angle grinder out) I hope my content brings a smile to your face and maybe inspires you to get on the spanners yourself. There would be no point in me listing what car i own at the moment as i switch and change so often, but you are likely to see Audi's, Mercedes, VW, Maserati's, Bentleys & more.
