Nouchali Retreat is a little sanctuary of healing and health for mind, body and spirit. I believe the human body, mind and soul can thrive naturally in health and wellness if the body’s toxic burden is reduced and it is physically nurtured by organic nutritious whole food and quality vitamin supplements, clean water, fresh air and sunlight; if repressed trauma and suppressed emotions are healed; and if the soul is guided towards liberation from the illusion and suffering of the ego. Meditation has played a major role in my recovery, healing and continued wellness. I have made my own healing meditations that have supported my positive mindset, cemented my unshakable faith that I have healed, as well as, I believe, programmed my body to bring about the physiological changes to restore my health. I am now a certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. This channel is a way of sharing some of my meditations in the hope they help others on their path to healing and health. We will soon be adding interview videos, both of real people who are surviving and thriving after healing cancer and chronic illness naturally, as well as professionals and experts in the holistic field. Jack's "Adventure Treats" - Food MOTIVATED Pup Fun!

Jack is an energetic pup & needs daily exercise. He's also a FANATIC about getting treats and/or new 'squeakers'. Every day when it's ADVENTURE TREAT TIME, he gets those ears up.... "Is today MY day? - Will I get an Adventure Treat TODAY?".... Of course, he won't leave us alone until he gets an adventure treat... or two... or THREE!!! We try to make it more challenging, but he doesn't give up until he gets into that treat ball (Shhh!! It's mostly filled with kibble, but don't tell JACK!)!!
