While standing on a public sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic in Oakland, California, holding a sign that said: "God [Jesus] loves you and your baby. Let us help you", Walter was arrested. Even though, not one (1) abortion clinic client testified against him in court, he ultimately found guilty and jailed. Why should Walter\'s viewpoint cost him the loss of his constitutionally guaranteed First Amendment rights as a citizen of the United States of America and his freedom?
