Doing the opposite of what I'm told is 'pro-woman.' My mission is to help women take back ownership of their lives and their health in a world that is pitted against us; it's time to stop ignoring our health, putting bandaids on everything, being failed by the medical system, ignoring our nature, reinforcing poor relationships (with food, exercise, self & others) and being stuck in cycles of self-destruction!
