Welcome to Mama Bear Talk. We are Kimberly and Michelle, two extremely angry Mama Bears fighting against the abuse, indoctrination, and grooming of our children. Join us as we explore everything from everyday mom life hacks to urban gardening, homesteading, recipes, and herbal remedies. We will also speak about current events and crazy “conspiracy theories”. Basically, we will talk about whatever we want with courage and absolutely no censorship. If we get something wrong we will admit it. Now Go Do Great Things ❤️‍🔥💫 Alex is a Christ-Centered Spiritual Psychology Practioner, trauma coach, and Ph.D. candidate in Metaphysical Counseling who serves budding soul-based mompreneur’s turn their side hustle into a thriving empire while healing from generational curses and raising their children to be completely free of the trauma programming they received. From escaping her own abuser with her two children and 4 dogs in tow, Alex dove deep into her soul healing after years of traditional therapy helped but didn’t quite get that last little bit of feelings that just seemed to remain stuck in her body. She couldn’t ever shake what it was that seemed to be still causing pain associated with her traumas and limiting beliefs despite having received a significant decrease in response to the traumas thanks to therapy. The healing and education Alex has achieved has only aided her to be able to help her clients accomplish the same soul healing. Her clients are finally able to heal their soul wounds so they are able to achieve their dreams, live in their purpose, and don’t worry about their children cutting them off as adults because they have healed the wounds and can raise their children in a more healed, whole, and healthy way. We work with the whole family unit but focus on mothers and women who are actively in a child's life to aid in soul healing for the entire family. Our goal is to bring a healthy dynamic back into the nuclear family system to allow all to thrive in life, not just survive.
