Hi, I\\\\\\\'m Jason, welcome to my channel. Thank you for joining me as I start on this new journey of creating Relaxing Music & Meditation Videos. Life can be stressful at times and I\\\\\\\'ve found for myself that Meditation helps me relax, center myself, focus & carry on, even if I\\\\\\\'m only able to meditate for 15 or 30 minutes at a time, It\\\\\\\'s taking that time out for yourself that really helps your mind & body rejuvenate. My aim is to create 15min 30min & 1-hour videos, so even people with the busiest of schedules can click on a 15 or 30 min Meditation video and find that time for themselves.
