Dedicated to showcasing an old style worship & teaching many people grew up with - people raised in churches that hearkened back to the days of the American Restoration Movement. A time when the premise "speak where the Bible speaks & remain silent where the Bible is silent - call Bible things by Bible names & do Bible things in Bible ways" was emphasized & adhered to. Wouldn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t it be refreshing if all churches adopted this motto & made it their practice to simply open the revelation of God & follow it in its purity & simplicity, without a need for thousands of "uninspired supplementary works" causing confusion & division that leads non-believers to remain just that. In addition to the saving gospel, more good news is that we can have "praise" music & worship songs outside the "traditional" William Bradbury, Fanny Crosby, A.W. Dicus, Charlotte Elliot, Alton Howard, Isaac Watts style "hymns" - and still remain true to that restoration era plea. You’ve reached the online presence of an evangelistic ministry grounded in Wesleyan theology. Its purpose is to promote Biblical holiness and spirituality. We try to strike a balance between the old evangelicalism and modern charismatic experience of the Holy Spirit. “Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls” (Jeremiah 6:16). We would identify with all churches that teach the fundamentals of the faith, or most of the member denominations of the National Association of Evangelicals, and all other churches who would consider themselves to be evangelical. The Great Commission says to “go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature!” (Mark 16:15). This is why we write articles, podcast, and publish e-books on this site for the encouragement of the body of Christ. We also believe that another call of God on this ministry is to “cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins” (Isaiah 58:1).
