Breastfeeding, or nursing, is the process by which human breast Milk is fed to a child.Breast milk may be from the breast, or may be pumped and fed to the infant. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that breastfeeding begin within the first hour of a baby's life and continue as often and as much as the baby wants.Health organizations, including the WHO, recommend breastfeeding exclusively for six months. This means that no other foods or drinks, other than Vitamin D, are typically given.WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of life, followed by continued breastfeeding with appropriate complementary foods for up to 2 years and beyond.Of the 135 million babies born every year, only 42% are breastfed within the first hour of life, only 38% of mothers practice exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months, and 58% of mothers continue breastfeeding up to the age of two years and beyond. The pattern of intended nutrient content in breast milk is relatively consistent. Breastmilk is made from nutrients in the mother's bloodstream and bodily stores. It has an optimal balance of fat, sugar, water, and protein that is needed for a baby's age appropriate growth and development. That being said, a variety of factors can influence the nutritional makeup of breastmilk, including gestational age, age of infant, maternal age, maternal smoking, and nutritional needs of the infant The first type of milk produced is called colostrum. The volume of colostrum produced during each feeding is appropriate for the size of the newborn stomach and is sufficient, calorically, for feeding a newborn during the first few days of life. Produced during pregnancy and the first days after childbirth, colostrum is rich in protein and Vitamins A, B12 and K, which supports infants' growth, brain development, vision, immune systems, red blood cells, and clotting cascade. The breast milk also has long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids which help with normal retinal and neural development. The caloric content of colostrum is about 54 Calories/100mL.The second type of milk is transitional milk, which is produced during the transition from colostrum to mature breast milk. As the breast milk matures over the course to several weeks, the protein content of the milk decreases on average. The caloric content of breastmilk is reflective of the caloric requirements of the infant, increasing steadily after 12 months. The caloric content of breastmilk in the first 12 months of breastfeeding is approximated to be 58-72 Calories/100mL. Comparatively, the caloric content after 48 months is approximately 83-129 Calories/100mL.  When a mother has her full milk supply and is feeding her infant, the first milk to be expressed is called the foremilk. Foremilk is typically thinner and less rich in calories. The Solex AO Scan Biofeedback Scanner & Frequency Generator Demonstration & Product Review ___________________________________________ CONTACT US NOW: E: aofscanner@protonmail.com ___________________________________________ We are thrilled to share with you the Solex AO Frequency Scanner with you today! This technology is a biofeedback scanner and frequency generator that maintains a database of over 120,000 unique blueprint frequencies. The technology allows us to learn about how our body is performing, identifying the areas that are out of balance, and able to emit frequencies to optimize and guide us toward homeostasis and the body’s natural state of balance. With the several incredible programs offered we can generate binaural beats daily specific to our emotional needs from a simple 10 second voice recording. Scan the energetic state of our chakras, meridians, blood biology, toxicities, mould, heavy metals, nutrients, food sensitivities, organs, veins, nerves, arteries, glands, spine, eyes, digestive system, lymphatic system, thyroid function and much more. We are able to identify which areas are not in their optimal state, then generate and send optimizing frequencies to the areas needing recalibration. We can look at detailed reports of before and after the optimizing frequencies to see what came back into energetic balance. We can send subtle energy frequencies through the quantum field such as abundance, love, gratitude, and hundreds more to ourselves, and others anywhere in the world, plus imprint those frequencies into objects such as stones, jewellery, our water, sugar pills or food. We can upload the frequencies of our supplements into our supplement library and then scan to see what supplements resonate most with our body at that time. And create our own homeopathies. ___________________________________________ We are so excited about presenting this technology and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like us to scan you so you can try it out! ___________________________________________ CONTACT US NOW: E: aofscanner@protonmail.com

Breastfeeding is a natural and vital process in which a mother nourishes her infant or young child by providing them with breast milk directly from her breast. It is often considered the most complete and ideal source of nutrition for babies during the early stages of life. Here's a detailed description of breastfeeding: Breastfeeding is a beautiful and intimate connection between a mother and her child, encompassing both physical and emotional bonds. It offers numerous benefits, not only in terms of nutrition but also for the overall health and well-being of the baby and the mother. **Nutritional Benefits:** Breast milk is a miraculous substance that provides the perfect blend of nutrients, antibodies, and essential vitamins for a growing infant. It is easily digestible and tailored to the baby's specific needs, adapting as the child matures. **Immune System Boost:** Breast milk contains antibodies and immune-boosting properties that help protect the baby from infections and diseases. It serves as a natural defense mechanism, strengthening the child's immune system. **Bonding and Comfort:** The act of breastfeeding fosters a strong emotional bond between mother and baby. It's a time for closeness, comfort, and soothing. Skin-to-skin contact during breastfeeding can promote feelings of security and attachment. **Convenience:** Breastfeeding is convenient for both mother and baby. There's no need to prepare bottles, and breast milk is always available at the right temperature. It's an eco-friendly choice with minimal waste compared to formula feeding. **Health Benefits for Mothers:** Breastfeeding also offers advantages to the mother, including aiding in postpartum weight loss and reducing the risk of certain health conditions such as breast cancer and osteoporosis. **Environmental Impact:** Breastfeeding is an environmentally friendly choice, as it produces no packaging waste, reduces the carbon footprint associated with formula production, and conserves resources. **Support and Education:** Many communities and healthcare providers offer support and education for new mothers to help them successfully breastfeed, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise. It's important to note that while breastfeeding is natural, it may not always be easy, and some mothers and babies may encounter difficulties. Seeking guidance and support from lactation consultants, healthcare professionals, or breastfeeding support groups can be invaluable in overcoming challenges and ensuring a positive breastfeeding experience. In conclusion, breastfeeding is a remarkable journey that provides not only essential nourishment but also emotional connection, health benefits, and environmental sustainability. It's a loving gift that a mother can offer her child, nurturing their growth and well-being in a unique and special way.
