Welcome to My Hanger Art, a place where I take ordinary plastic clothes hangers and turn them into wonderful original pieces of art. Here is where I will be uploading tutorials of all my clothes hanger creations. My Hanger Art, started as a fluke. I seen posts of the Star and Snowflake (not my creations) and decided to see what other designs I could come up with, alas the Angel was born. After posting her to Facebook, the response was so overwhelming that the challenge was on. Then 8 days later my son passed away and my creations became a way to cope and keep my mind occupied. The love and support I received from my followers was so helpful and truthfully that\\\'s what kept me going. I truly do love creating my art, not just for me, however for everyone that, this simple, inexpensive art form has helped. So please come on this journey with me and see where we go from here.

I have lost over 70 pounds following a whole foods plant based diet and I have shared that entire journey here on my YouTube channel. My main focus is helping people achieve their best health through both mind and body. I focus on eating whole foods, mainly potatoes, rice, beans, and other starches in their least processed state. I make recipe videos, what I eat videos, meal plans and talk about the many other aspects of living a healthy life including positive thoughts, self love, healthy relationships, motivating yourself, living minimally and doing the best for not only our selves but the environment, animals and people on this planet as well.
