We are Kirsten & Joerg originally from Germany and moved to the UK almost 8 years ago. Our videos offer escapism which is why we love staying at romantic cottages and explore beautiful places. We are still renovating our Victorian terraced house so you will also find us planning our rooms, going shopping for antiques and so on. Cooking and baking is something we love as well so you will find us in our kitchen too! Hopefully you will enjoy our videos.

Rayleigh Criterion

• Diffraction limits resolution. • For a circular aperture, lens, or mirror, the Rayleigh criterion states that two images are just resolvable when the center of the diffraction pattern of one is directly over the first minimum of the diffraction pattern of the other. • This occurs for two point objects separated by the angle θ = 1.22 λ / D, where λ is the wavelength of light (or other electromagnetic radiation) and D is the diameter of the aperture, lens, mirror, etc. This equation also gives the angular spreading of a source of light having a diameter D. From http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/phyopt/Raylei.html Average vision is 5 × 10⁻⁴ radians or 103.13 arcseconds or a ratio of 1:2000 [1 unit resolvable at 2000 units]

At What time Protein should be taken? Is it good for Weight Loss?

Proteins are molecules made from amino acids, which are the body’s bricks and mortar for rebuilding muscle, replicating DNA, and catalysing metabolic reactions. The physical body can biosynthesise some amino acids, but not all of them, so you would like protein in your diet to urge the remainder . Like carbohydrates and fat, protein is classed as a macronutrient, which suggests it’s required in large amounts in your diet for your body to be ready to function properly.
