Greetings and welcome! I’m David, creator of Zenteeny. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried almost everything, but one thing that has consistently helped is to be outdoors, surrounded by nature, or taking time to appreciate life’s simple pleasures and narrow my focus. During walks I would often capture short videos for later when I needed a “Zenteeny” (i.e. a quick mental break). It occurred to me that others might also benefit from such content that the idea for Zenteeny and the name was born. I wish to empower individuals to find inner peace and balance in their daily lives through the use of nature-inspired relaxing meditation videos. I strive to create simple, yet effective, visual and auditory experiences that allow viewers to take a mental health break and bring them back to a calm center.
