A huge part of that, I believe, is because we all have so many different life variables that make following so and so\'s way of doing things doesn\'t work for us. I love showing lots of ways and sharing my ideas of how I make things simple. Not that I don\'t like hard work, but I believe, the easier the better. Think working smarter not harder. A lot of people struggle with nutrition and exercise because they make things more difficult than they need to be.
