In fact I was medically retired in 1998 at age forty two, from a long term work related solvent injury at my Printing job of twenty seven years with DRAIN BRAMAGE' and MCS (or Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) syndrome. As of April 4-23-25, I will soon be a sixty-nine-year young man, interested in "all things health" since I was fifteen years old! I have a YouTube channel with over 3,500 subscribers. I had a video there that had over 300,000 views about parasites in a water only fast but deleted it. I might not know a lot about a lot of things. But I know quite a little about "most things health". I have been literally obsessed with " all things health" my whole life. From exercise, weightlifting, rebounding or (mini tramp), supplements, detoxification, air and water purification, organic diet, herbs, amino acids, minerals, hormones, travel, self defense, long extended water only fasts, dry fasts, grounding or earthing, and infrared sauna to name a few. Oh, and my lovely Filipina wife Imelda (or Mhel) and I love karaoke, although I'm told I sing like Kermit the frog! We live off the bank of a 5,000-acre reservoir in Northern Missouri. Where I love to fish and pedal my two-person kayak for miles a day weather permitting. New episodes on 28th! Healing & growth are on going things. You have to work on them consistently. You have to get used to giving yourself a hard look. You have to decide if you want better for yourself. You have to choose yourself. But no one ever said that you have to do it by yourself. Or in the quiet. This podcast encourages people to shine a light on the darkest parts of their mind, by doing that myself. It also encourages them to want to be the best versions of themselves, for themselves. Sometimes it is not very fun or enjoyable, but sometimes it is also what needs to be done. I could even say that my main goal is to make sure that I am not the same person that raised me. It stops with me. 🫶🏻🩶
