58 and FITnessThis is a 30 minutes Tabata workout. You are going to be performing 6 exercises for 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between rounds. You are going to do 8 rounds per exercise for a total of 4 minutes per exercise. example: Burpees 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat 8 times. after you have done all 8 rounds, rest for one minute before you start your next exercise which is Air Squat. 6 Body weight exercises: 1.
