The song is originally from her third studio album - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy - released in 1993. This is among my very favourite tracks by Sarah, although there are many. A great live performance, from a brilliant DVD. Another song to follow. Featuring a few favourites by singer Sarah McLachlan. First one is - Building A Mystery - taken from a live USTV show in 1997. The song is from her fourth studio album - Surfacing - released in 1997. This is among my very favourite tracks by Sarah, although there are many. Slightly marred by the blocking out of a swear word in the show - I guess TV wasn't ready for that just yet. Still a great performance. A couple more to follow. This song - Rakim - comes from the Toward The Within live show at the Mayfair Theatre in Santa Monica, California, performed by Dead Can Dance - with Lisa Gerrard and Brendan Perry providing astonishing vocals. It was the last show at the theatre before it was damaged by an earthquake and had to close indefinitely. This was the first song, and has always been one of my favourites by the band.
