The screws that clamp the intake horns to the intake boot can loosen up and bounce into the intake and eventually be kissed by Mr. Piston. Most of it was public land but there was some private land mixed in there. What a fun car. Adjusted rear tender spring limit to allow more tender use which softened things up quite a bit plus it doesn’t clank nearly as bad as before.

We had a great time on this trip and although it was a bit gloomy out the views were still great! First outing with the Talon, what a cool machine and probably the closest thing to a rally car I’ll ever drive.
