Rhodes Frozen Rolls Turned Into Big Bagel, Braid and Sticks On Pizza Oven
17 frozen yeast dough rolls. 17 is what I had left from a 36 bag.
Thawed in refrigerator for a little over 24 hours.
Set near lamp for 1 hr 45 min.
I could not bake them after double in size. The delay helped them taste better ☺️ I floured hands lightly and shaped dough balls into sticks, and put some together to make larger sticks, braid and bagel. Then left them to rise again for 20-30 minutes. There was enough lite flour to let them rise, covered, without sticking, the 2nd time, until I returned. Oil coating was used to thaw.
Before baking, used 1 lrg egg white to coat tops to hold seeds.
No preheat.
Set pizza oven to dual heat. 12 minutes per batch.
Watch that they are not prepared too big and high, so they don’t touch top burner.
They are so delicious. Like a bagel.

Great Value Brownies Made On Pizza Oven
Makes about 16, 3” brownies in individual pie tins.
18 OZ GV Box from Walmart.
Prepared per box instructions:
Add mix, 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup oil (Smart Balance Brand Used).
2 large eggs.
Mix well with fork in large bowl.
Pour into lightly oiled mini pie tins (use brush or paper towel to distribute oil).
8 tins will fit comfortably to cook on pizza oven pan. While remaining second batch of tins are set aside. I did not refrigerate 2nd batch while waiting for first batch to cook. Probably should.
No preheat...
Set oven upper burner on for 7 minutes.
Then dual heat for 9 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
If more baking time needed, turn lower heat on in increments of two minutes.
Upper burner could make the tops too well done if left on too long.
Baking should be around 20 minutes. Depends on oil used, size of eggs and oven and room temp.
They came out delicious.

Rhodes Frozen Raw Rolls Made On Pizza Oven
One Dozen.
Trying out Rhodes frozen rolls on a pizza maker.
Fast and no preheating. Done in 12 minutes.
They were delicious. Added cream cheese to one, tasted like a bagel🥳
This is great for camping and college students with limited space. Once cooled and cleaned, can be store easily, in two pieces. The pan can be stored on it’s side. Cooks all sorts of pizzas. And reheats well.

Easy, Biscuits n Sausage Gravy, Cooked W Portable Pizza Oven n Rice Cooker
Serves 2-3 Maybe a couple leftover biscuits 😋
Biscuits
10 small biscuits made from 5 Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers 10 OZ tube.
No preheat or greased pan. Start biscuits on cold pizza pan.
Split them in half, like hamburger buns. Keeps them from rising into top heating element.
Time 8 minutes, dual heat. Let the pan spin and cool for a minute, so they release easier.
Brown to your liking, less or more than 8 minutes.
Package suggest one biscuit per serving. You be the judge
Sausage Gravy
Brown 4 small plain breakfast sausage patties. Crumble and stir with spoon.
I sprinkled in a little of each spice. No measuring:
Dry ground/powder sage, thyme, garlic, onion, black pepper and salt. Also a pinch of sugar and a few spoonfuls of chicken bone broth (I used broken up frozen). After it’s brown, stir in 1.5 Tbsp all-purpose-flour. Stir in 6OZ milk and cover. Stir occasionally until gravy is thick. About 10 minutes. Watch it. Thickening time depends on your pot and liquid. Keep heat low simmer.
Delicious over biscuits.

Homemade Kasha Varnishkes OMG Delicious
Makes 14, 1 cup servings.
16 oz package bow tie pasta (regular or egg variety).
13 oz box Wolff’s Coarse Kasha (buckwheat).
2 cups of chicken bone broth, at least 2 additional cups on hand if you want the recipe more moist. If you are serving with other meat, change your broth accordingly.
2 medium yellow onions chopped. 3 onions if you like them because they cook down and disappear in the recipe.
2 lightly beaten eggs.
Olive oil to cook onions and to drizzle on pasta to prevent sticking, 1 stick of butter, margarine or combination for cooking kasha.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook bow ties and set aside. When cool, toss them with a drizzle of oil.
Slowly fry (caramelize) onions in large frying pan with little oil and set aside. Add extra oil during cooking if needed. Keep onions moist, don’t burn them😊
In large bowl, stir eggs and kasha together until well combined. Transfer coated kasha to large, dry, 6qt or larger, preheated hot pot to toast. Stir frequently. Do not burn it. Once toasted, add salt, pepper, caramelized onion, broth and butter. Add more broth as needed to cover kasha. You could also use water. The pan should already be near boil point from toasting. Cover, stir frequently and cook until fluffy, about 20 minutes on low simmer heat. Check that it doesn’t dry out. It should be moist and fluffy. Let it cool a bit, then combine with bow ties. Make sure to use a big mixing bowl. It will get a bit messy☺️
As you mix all the cooked ingredients, taste it. Add more salt, pepper, broth, even drizzle of oil, to your liking. Moist and fluffy, not soupy.
Freezes well for future meals. Taste best served hot.

Easiest Delicious Potato Salad W Canned Potatoes
2-3 Servings
15oz canned whole potatoes, rinsed, drained, air dried and largely diced.
2 boiled eggs, whites and yellows diced separately. (In this case harmless to me, over-cooked egg yellows with green☺️ Don’t over yours😉) set aside.
Dressing:
Mix and beat with fork In a small bowl or cup.
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon brown, mild, spiced mustard
Small pinch of sugar
Few shakes (sprinkles) of dried green onion, onion powder, paprika, dill and salt and pepper.
In large bowl spoon dressing over potatoes and eggs. Use a large spoon or silicone spatula and fold and flip all ingredients until combined.
Refrigerate covered until cold. Overnight is best.
Sliced can potatoes will work but they will be softer.
Fresh boiled potatoes and other ingredients taste even better with this dressing.
If you increase amount of potatoes, increase dressing accordingly.
Could try with added peas, onions, celery or carrots.

Pork Chops n 🫑 🫒 Cooked In Mini Rice Cooker
Serves 1 or 2 small portions.
Coat mini pot with oil. Add two thin chops, handful fresh pre-sautéed sliced bell peppers or frozen, some green olives (I didn’t count☺️) 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp beef bone broth, few pinches each onion powder and ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Toss, cover and cook about 12 minutes then flip and cook until pork is desired temperature. These were cooked 12 minutes and flipped together as one, then cooked another 12 minutes. Well done and above the most recommended temperature of 145 degrees. Remove pork to slice or cut up before serving.

Cranberry Sauce Can Be Sold In Squeezable Form. Why Not? ☺️
Ever since I was old enough to buy groceries, I always wanted to buy cranberry sauce in smaller size cans. Then I thought about different containers. Perhaps a smaller food grade plastic container would be less expensive to manufacture than additional smaller cans of Cranberry Sauce.
🥣 4OZ is a good amount for such a sweet treat. For people who can’t eat a lot of sugar due to diet restrictions, they could purchase just enough to satisfy their craving. 🥣
A honey bottle works. A squeeze tube could work better.
Garlic comes in squeeze tubes, and in different sizes. Why not Cranberry Sauce?

Meatballs Asparagus Garlic And Turmeric Cooked In Mini Rice Cooker
Cut asparagus in half after cutting off an inch or so from bottoms to discard.
Place bottom halves in pot with a little water and olive oil to cover bottom of pan.
Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add asparagus tops, few smashed garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle of turmeric powder, tsp butter or margarine, and a few meatballs (I used grocery precooked frozen).
Cover and continue to cook another 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
I cut up meatballs when they got soft enough, and placed them back into pot to get covered with flavor. Meatballs had salt so not much extra salt needed.
Delicious Hot Meal.

Delicious Bear Creek Chili Mix W Beef
Package recipe is for 8 servings without meat. Only tomato paste and water needed 🥣 but I added beef 🥣 Came out delicious.
Smart Balance oil used to coat bottom of 6qt pot.
Brown 93% lean ground beef.
So little fat, didn’t bother to drain and added pinch of salt.
Add 7 cups water to meat and bring to a boil.
Add chili mix and tomato paste.
Stir, reduce heat, simmer 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
This brand came with mixed beans and even a few grains of rice.
It didn’t have as much flavor of dried chili powder lingering, as McCormick does.
Try freezing 1 cup portions to microwave in bowls and use over rice, pasta or on hotdogs and burgers.
Don’t forget to let food cool before adding to freezer bags.

Continue stirring 2 minutes until water stops boiling and is absorbed.

Boiled 🥚 🥚 In Mini Portable “Dash Rise” Rice Cooker
Cover four eggs half way with water.
Cover with lid and cook until water starts to boil, about 16 minutes.
Turn off and unplug cooker. Let eggs rest uncovered for 2 minutes.
Transfer hot eggs to bowl with tongs or spoon.
Run cold water over eggs for a minute so they’ll be cooler to handle and peel.
Crack ends to peel. Eat warm or refrigerated.
For a more cooked and dry yolk, let eggs sit four minutes in pot before rinsing them in cold water.

56 COOKIE CAKES Baked W Box Mix N Pizza Oven
16.25 OZ white cake Betty Crocker mix was used.
16.25 OZ white cake box made same amount cookies as 15.25 red velvet cake box. Maybe eggs were slightly smaller, not sure why☺️
1/2 cup Smart Balance butter spread (or soft margarine or butter).
2 large beaten eggs.
Optional toppings.
I refrigerated dough overnight in covered bowl.
Use 1” scooper for 56-2” cookie cakes.
14-16, 2” baked cookies will fit on a 13” pizza oven pan, they need some space.
Bake 6 minutes upper heat only, then bake 4 minutes dual burner. (per oven manual, it works). Remove pan to cool after baking. Then remove cookies to cooling rack or cool pan/plate. Keep raw dough refrigerated in between baking batches, and store cool cookie cakes in a closed bag or container. I baked these within two days. They come out so moist, like cake bites. Added walnuts to some.

Easy McCormick Chili Mix
Makes about 4 servings.
Cooked in a 3qt sauce pot.
1lb 93% lean ground beef, only a little fatty liquid to drain.
Can red kidney beans.
Can diced tomatoes.
Include liquid from the two cans.
Nothing else added.
Taste pretty good for not being from scratch.
It’s a little tricky sometimes finding any meat or lean ground beef in stock; it was so much better just a short time ago. Plus the prices increased so fast.
You all know who is to blame. That evil man doesn’t respect anybody.

Chicken Thigh Cooked In Mini Portable Rice Cooker
Frozen chicken thigh here.
Cooking time will vary depending on fresh, frozen, thawed and size of meat.
Cover and cook a thigh for 10 minutes on each side.
Chicken shrinks as water and fat cooks out so if lid is not perfect on top of pot, it will be once chicken starts cooking.
Check meat temp after cooking 20 minutes.
Continue cooking and turning until golden and desired temperature.
Skin turned a nice golden color but was not used in burrito.
Only salt and pepper was added to chicken.
Cooked in it’s own juices, no oil added.
This Salsa taste very good with chicken and lettuce alone in a burrito.
