Dumb and Dumber Plus Super. One?: Launching Sports Arbitrage AI – No Fake CEOs, No Actors
Welcome to another explosive episode of "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger" with me, Danny de Hek—aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. If you're new to the channel, my mission is simple: to expose and shame anyone running or promoting Ponzi schemes or scams. I’m here to create as much public awareness as possible to save mum and dad investors from losing their hard-earned money—and their kids' inheritance—to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.
In today’s YouTube live, I’m going to be gatecrashing a webinar hosted by the self-proclaimed "Dumb and Dumber," Mike Lucas and Mike Donaldson. These two, along with a possible appearance from Andreas Christensen of Super. One, are claiming to launch a new Sports Arbitrage AI platform. But before you get excited, let's rewind a bit. These are the same guys who recently embarrassed themselves by promoting another fake arbitrage trading platform called "Aqua Marine Club," which, as expected, has frozen everyone’s money after being blacklisted by Binance. Now, they’re back at it, with bold claims of "No Fake CEOs" and "No Actors!"—but we’ve heard these promises before, haven’t we?
The email they sent out to entice people into this new venture is full of hype and grandiose promises. They’re selling a story of transparency like we’ve never seen before in the network marketing industry—a story they claim has changed their entire outlook after 15 years in the business. They tout 100% proof of arbitrage, 100% proof of profit, and real, verified names of everyone involved, from the lead developer to the marketing manager. They even boast about having a physical office with staff, which is supposed to set them apart from all the other scams we've seen in this space.
But let's be real here. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard such claims. Over the past few years, the MLM space has been riddled with fake CEOs, actors posing as leaders, and excuses for why transparency is limited or non-existent. The email reads like a desperate attempt to distance themselves from the very tactics they’ve employed in the past. They’re betting big on Sports Arbitrage, starting with soccer, moving to basketball, and even diving into the world of E-Sports. But can they really deliver? Or is this just another scheme designed to lure in unsuspecting investors with promises of easy, passive income?
Join me as I dissect this latest venture, expose the inconsistencies, and show you exactly why this new launch is just more of the same old scam tactics wrapped in a shiny new package. We’ll break down the claims, analyze the so-called "proof," and see if these guys can really back up their big talk. Spoiler alert: they probably can’t.
Don’t miss this live session where we’ll dig into the details and hold these scammers accountable. If you’re tired of seeing good people lose money to these schemes, hit that subscribe button and ring the bell to get notified whenever I drop new content exposing the latest scams. Let’s keep these crooks in check and save more people from falling into their traps.
Key Highlights:
Webinar Hosts: Mike Lucas and Mike Donaldson (possibly Andreas Christensen)
Topic: Launch of a new Sports Arbitrage AI platform
Previous Scandal: Promotion of "Aqua Marine Club," which has now been blacklisted by Binance
Claims: No fake CEOs, no actors, full transparency, 100% proof of arbitrage and profits
Real Motive: Luring investors into another dubious scheme with empty promises
Tune in to see if this so-called "revolutionary" platform is anything more than another Ponzi scheme in disguise. I’ll be live, gatecrashing their webinar, and exposing the truth behind their empty promises.
See you there!

EXPOSED SMARTER THAN MONEY: Is it a SCAM or LEGITIMATE? Multi-level Marketing (MLM) Pyramid Scheme!
Welcome back to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger" with Danny de Hek, where we dive deep into the murky world of financial scams and Ponzi schemes. In today’s eye-opening video, we gatecrash a Zoom meeting led by Douglas Ford, who is actively promoting a dubious financial opportunity known as "Smarter Than Money."
TIME STAMPS / CHAPTERS
SMARTER THAN MONEY 00:00:00
Here’s what we uncovered:
Unverifiable Claims: The "Smarter Than Money" platform makes grandiose promises about generating "residual cashflow" through a digital wallet and decentralized network. However, the specifics of how these claims are supposed to work remain vague and unsubstantiated.
MLM Characteristics: The focus on recruiting new members and the promise of passive income strongly suggest an MLM structure. In such schemes, earnings are often derived from recruitment rather than genuine product sales, leading to potential financial losses for new recruits.
Lack of Transparency: Despite boasting about advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain, the platform fails to provide clear explanations on how these technologies are utilized to generate income and ensure security.
"Be Your Own Bank" Pitch: This enticing slogan is a common tactic used by MLM schemes to lure individuals by promising financial independence without providing concrete details on the operational aspects.
Questionable Promotional Tactics: The site uses persuasive language like "handsomely rewarded," "mathematical certainty," and "no special skillset required," which are often employed in scams to attract individuals with the illusion of easy and guaranteed returns.
Absence of Regulatory Compliance: There is no mention of any regulatory oversight or compliance, which is essential for ensuring the legitimacy and security of financial operations.
Disclaimer Alert: The site includes a disclaimer stating that the content is for "informational and entertainment purposes," which can be a tactic to avoid liability if the financial promises fail to materialize.
Recruitment Emphasis: The focus on promoting webinars and encouraging sign-ups is a classic MLM strategy, aiming to recruit new members rather than providing a transparent and verifiable service or product.
No Independent Reviews: The lack of independent reviews or third-party evaluations further casts doubt on the platform's legitimacy.
We have compiled a list of attendees from the meeting, which includes:

Bitcoin Black Credit Card SCAM ALERT: Targeting YouTubers to Promote Fake Card
Hey everyone, Danny de Hek here, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. Welcome back to my channel, where we shine a light on the murky world of Ponzi schemes and scams to protect everyday investors from losing their hard-earned money to unscrupulous operators. My mission is simple: to create as much public awareness as possible and save mum and dad investors from falling victim to these financial predators.
In today’s video, I’m exposing a scam that nearly made its way onto my channel as a paid promotion—the Bitcoin Black Credit Card. Let me take you through the shocking WhatsApp conversation I had with a scammer named Steven Hudson, who tried to lure me into promoting this dubious product to you, my valued viewers.
Summary of My Conversation with the Scammer:
Steven Hudson, claiming to represent the Bitcoin Black Credit Card, reached out to me with an enticing offer. He wanted me to promote this so-called "high-limit cryptocurrency card" on my channel, promising exclusive memberships and high commissions for sign-ups.
At first, Steven provided a link to the card’s website, bblack.io, and claimed that the old site, bitcoinblackcreditcard.com, would redirect to the new one. He was eager to close the deal, offering me $500 for every sign-up through my promotion, with the potential to increase it to $750 after five conversions. He even promised to waive the $5,000 membership fee for me, making it sound like a golden opportunity.
But I wasn’t convinced. I questioned the legitimacy of the card and the entire operation. Steven tried to assure me that the product was superior to its competitors and that it had several hundred satisfied customers. However, when I pushed for more details and hinted at my intention to expose the scam, Steven became defensive and even subtly threatened me with a defamation lawsuit.
Despite his reassurances, the red flags were impossible to ignore, and I decided it was time to alert you all to this potential scam before anyone falls victim to it.
Why You Should Be Cautious:
After diving deeper into the background of the Bitcoin Black Credit Card and the website bblack.io, here’s what I found:
Hidden Identity: The website's owner is anonymous—a common tactic used by scammers to avoid detection and accountability.
Young Domain: The bblack.io domain was only registered 8 months ago, meaning it hasn't had enough time to build a trustworthy reputation.
Cryptocurrency Association: The site is involved in cryptocurrency-related services, which are notoriously high-risk and frequently linked to scams.
Low Traffic: The site has a low Tranco ranking, indicating that it doesn’t receive much traffic and might not be widely trusted or used.
Given these factors, I strongly advise against using this site for any financial transactions. The risks far outweigh any potential benefits, and it’s crucial to protect yourself and your assets from potential scams like this one.

BILLION DOLLAR MIND Scam EXPOSED T. LeMont Silver aka "The Professor" Illegal Gifting Circle BUSTED
Welcome to another hard-hitting episode of "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger," where we expose and shame the masterminds and promoters behind the most notorious Ponzi schemes and scams. I'm Danny de Hek, also known as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, and my mission is to protect everyday investors—like you—from falling victim to these fraudulent schemes that prey on your hard-earned money and your family’s future.
In today’s video, we’re diving into a Zoom meeting featuring a who’s who of individuals tied to the platform BillionDollarMind.io. This platform, led by a figure known as "The Professor," @TheProfessor-j7g and John Austin @joyfuljohnaustin to teach the so-called "Four Principles of Faith" that supposedly lead to wealth, health, and incredible relationships. But is it all just smoke and mirrors?
These two cowboys seem to also be connected to this YouTube channel @digimillionaires3915 and have a long history of promoting scams.

What is BillionDollarMind.io?
BillionDollarMind.io markets itself as a gateway to developing a "billion-dollar-mind," where financial worries are a thing of the past. The platform promises that by attending their seminars and adopting their teachings, you can manifest your desires and live a life free of financial burdens. But behind the glittering promises, there are significant red flags you need to be aware of.
The Dangers of Investing in BillionDollarMind.io:
Lack of Concrete Evidence or Results: Despite bold claims of transforming lives through faith, the platform offers little to no evidence of real success stories. Where are the testimonials? Where are the proven results? This lack of transparency is a major red flag.
Potential for Manipulation: The teachings focus heavily on faith and belief, which can be incredibly persuasive. However, this emotional manipulation can lead to people investing their time and money based on hope rather than sound financial principles.
Dependency on Continuous Engagement: BillionDollarMind.io encourages ongoing participation in seminars and mastermind groups to maintain this "billion-dollar-mind." This could lead to a dependency on the platform, where participants keep paying without seeing tangible returns.
Free Seminars with Hidden Costs: While they advertise free seminars, they also mention that guest presenters might offer services at a cost. This is a classic upsell strategy, potentially leading to expensive programs or products that don’t deliver on their promises.
Unregulated Advice: The platform is not a regulated financial or educational entity. Investing time or money based on their teachings carries significant risks, as the advice may not align with sound financial or life principles.
Spiritual and Ethical Concerns: The site suggests that faith can be used to achieve anything—even for selfish or morally questionable purposes—if you’re willing to pay the "heavy price." This could lead to a dangerous mindset, where ethics and integrity are compromised in the pursuit of wealth.
*Who's Involved?*
In this Zoom meeting, you’ll see names like The Professor, John Austin, Ron Benson, Michael C Hunter, Anas Khalaf, Bernice Gould, calispau, James Burrow, Liz Hodges, Ida Green, User, Bryan Rew, J, Charles, Johnny O, Basil Charles, Bob, Carl, Joe M, Marcos Caleb, Adele Lotz, Judith J, Lloyd Merrifield, Roger Pepin, DannyN, Bertie, Joseph, Kevin, Vernetta Johnson, Betty Durdley, Chris, iPhone, Larry Asbell, Jeffrey Bean, Karen, Gail Perry, Jennifer Reyes, Will, Phil Thompson, Chris LaFrance, Tim ODell, Lyndon, Chrissy Cook, LK, Christina, Chet Szczesny, John Parke, Vernon, Alfredo Serrano, Mei Ling, Mari, DJ Hinkley, Alvin Lewis, Melissa, Linda K Carlisle, Gary Wolfe, Gary Wise, Rosita Kane, Kent, Heather, Mark Booher, Alex Bain, Curtis Leason, Don Chadwick, Charleus Maxsonne, Doris W, Yusuf Parker, Andrew Callahan, Cheryl Macey, Rosemary Hoskins, Lake Kinzer, Sanya, Kaweesa Hosea, Will Eason, Nun, Ion and Ryda, Hooks, Hubforhope@gmail.com, Jonathan, Michael Camerino, M L, Michael Johnson, Imbless, Huey C McCutchen Jr., Only GOD, Ne Johnson. These individuals are part of the BillionDollarMind.io network, and we’re here to dissect what’s really going on behind the scenes.
As The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, my goal is to create as much public awareness as possible to save mum and dad investors from losing their kids' inheritance to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world. By exposing these scams, we can protect vulnerable individuals from being exploited by those who prey on hope and desperation.

WE ARE ALL SATOSHI / BOOMERANG Zoom 00:00:00
In this video, we delve into a crypto arbitrage trading company that's raising eyebrows. They launched with a bang, claiming to have crashed the Polygon network. But as we dug deeper, we discovered that their smart contract could only handle 20 transactions per minute, yet it was bombarded with 300 transactions. The result? A massive backlog where most trades paid out a mere $0.30-$0.50. We watched the official Hindi launch and countdown, filled with emotional celebrations, but the reality remains uncertain—are they legitimate or running a scam?
Given the company's history and grandiose claims, we're still trying to piece together the actual scam in play. The Avengers and I have tracked $362 million worth of sales, making this potentially one of the biggest scams ever. Despite uncovering a new liquidity funding wallet just three days ago, the new contract address at launch lacks any liquidity and only shows payouts. We're on the case, so stay tuned for updates!
We also stumbled upon crucial evidence: multiple wallet addresses used for funding controllers.

Aqua Marine Club EXPOSED: A Scam So Dumb, It’s Funny: CEO “Michael Gerrit” as Guido Gerhardt
Welcome to another eye-opening episode on "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger," where I, Danny de Hek—also known as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger—am on a mission to expose the dark underbelly of the crypto world. My channel is dedicated to shaming anyone running or promoting a Ponzi scheme or scam. Together, we’re fighting to save everyday mum and dad investors from losing their hard-earned money to these multilevel marketing bottom feeders.
In today’s video, we’re diving deep into the latest update on the Aqua Marine Club, an MLM crypto Ponzi scheme that has been making waves for all the wrong reasons. We’ll be featuring an insightful video from the new YouTuber, Ponzi Patrol, who has unearthed shocking new details about Aqua Marine Club’s so-called CEO, “Michael Gerrit.”
🎥 What You’ll Learn in This Video:
Aqua Marine Club’s Dubious Claims: Aqua Marine Club, also known as AMC Global, claims to be an “industry-leading crypto trading platform.” But with its website domain registered only a few months ago and zero transparency about its ownership or executive team, there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes.
The BVI Red Flag: Aqua Marine Club boasts about being registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). However, BVI is notorious for being a scam-friendly jurisdiction with little regulation, especially when it comes to MLM-related securities fraud. This is a major red flag that should make any potential investor think twice.
The Fake CEO Unmasked: Aqua Marine Club’s “CEO,” Michael Gerrit, is nothing more than a hired actor. Ponzi Patrol has revealed that Gerrit is actually Guido Gerhardt, a German actor living in Nigeria. Dressed up in a wig, glasses, and possibly a fake beard, Gerhardt has been parading around in Aqua Marine Club’s marketing materials to lend a false sense of legitimacy to the scam.
A Deeper Look at Aqua Marine Club’s Compensation Plan: Like most Ponzi schemes, Aqua Marine Club lures in affiliates with promises of daily returns and bonuses based on recruiting others into the scheme. With no real products or services being sold, the entire business model relies on new investments to pay returns to earlier investors—a classic Ponzi structure.
The Reality Behind Aqua Marine Club’s Promises: Aqua Marine Club claims to have an AI bot that generates consistent returns through cryptocurrency trading. But as we’ve seen time and again, if these bots were really that profitable, they wouldn’t need your money. The lack of verifiable evidence of any external revenue only confirms that this is another Ponzi scheme waiting to collapse.
🎯 Why This Matters:
Scams like Aqua Marine Club prey on the hopes and dreams of everyday people, promising financial freedom but delivering nothing but empty wallets. By exposing the truth behind these scams, we can help protect innocent investors from falling victim to these fraudulent schemes.
📢 Join the Fight Against Scammers:
If you’re passionate about bringing these scammers to justice and preventing others from losing their life savings, make sure to subscribe to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger" and hit the notification bell so you never miss an update. Exposing Shavez's New 'Credit Card' Scam: A Deep Dive with Danny de Hek and Rob Woolley
Welcome to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger" YouTube channel! I'm Danny de Hek, your dedicated guide to uncovering and exposing the fraudulent activities that threaten the financial well-being of mum and dad investors worldwide. My mission is to create public awareness and save people from losing their hard-earned money to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.
In this video, we delve into the latest developments from the "Wednesday with Shavez" announcements. Joining me is Rob Woolley, and together we dissect what actually transpired in the morning's meeting.
Shavez made a bold claim about releasing a new credit card, which in reality, is more akin to a pressie card or a debit card. It's a total joke, and we're here to discuss its implications and what this means for investors. Adding a humorous twist to our discussion, we have an AI version of Shavez that may join us for some intellectual conversation along the way.
The video begins with an in-depth analysis of a crypto arbitrage trading company that's been making headlines. They launched with the audacious claim of crashing the Polygon network. However, upon closer inspection, we found their smart contract could only handle 20 transactions per minute, despite being flooded with 300 transactions. The result was a massive backlog, with most trades paying out a meager $0.30-$0.50. We watched their official Hindi launch and countdown, filled with emotional celebrations, but the reality remains uncertain—are they legitimate or running a scam?
Given the company's history and grandiose claims, we're still piecing together the actual scam in play. The Avengers and I have tracked $362 million worth of sales, potentially making this one of the biggest scams ever. Just three days ago, we uncovered a new liquidity funding wallet, but the new contract address at launch lacks any liquidity and only shows payouts. We're on the case, so stay tuned for updates!
We've also stumbled upon crucial evidence: multiple wallet addresses used for funding controllers. These wallets are misleading people into believing they're engaging in arbitrage trading. Our investigation reveals that the money isn't coming from arbitrage trading as claimed.
Have you invested in the BOOMERANG AI arbitrage trading platform developed by Shavez Anwar? We need your help! By completing this form, you will be joining a group of victims who are collectively working towards exposing this scam and seeking justice. Your input is crucial in gathering the necessary data to strengthen our case. Together, we can amplify our impact and greatly improve the potential of securing refunds.
Shavez, a well-known figure in the crypto world, aimed to establish a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). In the U.S., only Wyoming recognizes DAOs legally. Shavez applied on behalf of WAAS, branding the project "Affiliate Marketing 3.0." Initially, his DAO received approval, but things quickly unraveled when it was discovered that the DAO lacked a valid public identifier—a serious oversight considered fraudulent under Wyoming law.

Avenger News Flash: Real-Time Scam Alerts
Welcome to The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger channel! I'm Danny de Hek, also known as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. My mission is to expose and shame anyone running or promoting Ponzi schemes and scams, creating public awareness to protect mum and dad investors from losing their kids' inheritance to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.
In today's video, I uncover a disturbing Zoom meeting with over 900 attendees, where an individual (M.A. Sandhu) was trying to recruit people for a questionable multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunity. The speaker was poorly spoken, making it difficult to understand his pitch, which lacked enthusiasm and credibility. This meeting is a clear reflection of the scam it represents, and I'm here to warn you about investing in such crypto opportunities.
About the Meeting:
The Zoom meeting was a disaster in terms of quality and content. It was evident that the organizers were trying to lure unsuspecting investors into a dubious MLM scheme under the guise of a promising crypto opportunity. The poor presentation and lack of clear communication should be red flags for anyone considering this investment.
Introducing ROBEX:
At ROBEX, they claim to be pioneering the future of trading with their AI-driven platform. They introduce ROBEX1, their cutting-edge bot designed to navigate the complex world of arbitrage trading across multiple exchanges simultaneously. While this may sound impressive, it's crucial to approach such claims with caution, especially when they're presented in the context of an MLM scheme.
Why This Is a Scam:
- Lack of Transparency: The meeting provided little to no verifiable information about the company, its founders, or the technology behind ROBEX1.
- Poor Communication: The speaker's inability to clearly convey the opportunity and its benefits is a major red flag.
- MLM Structure: The focus on recruiting new members rather than the actual product or service indicates a classic Ponzi scheme structure.
- Too Good to Be True: Promises of high returns with minimal risk are often indicative of a scam.
My Mission:
As The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, I am dedicated to exposing scams and educating the public about the dangers of investing in fraudulent schemes. My goal is to save everyday investors from falling prey to these deceptive practices.
Protect Yourself:
- Do Your Research: Always thoroughly research any investment opportunity before committing your money.
- Beware of High Returns: Be skeptical of promises of guaranteed high returns with little to no risk.
- Check for Red Flags: Look out for signs of an MLM structure, lack of transparency, and poor communication.
- Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off or too good to be true, it probably is.
Join me in this fight against crypto scams and Ponzi schemes. Together, we can create a safer investment environment for everyone.

HOPE: Scammed and Still Hoping? Beware of Another Scam - Patrick Boyle Video Review
The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger: Protecting Investors from Scams
Hosted by Danny de Hek, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger
Welcome to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger," where we expose and shame those running or promoting Ponzi schemes and scams. Our mission is to create public awareness and save mom and dad investors from losing their kids' inheritance to multilevel marketing bottom feeders.
Today's Episode: The Pig Butchering Scam!
Join me, Danny de Hek, and my co-host, Rob Woolley, as we dive into the world of financial scams, discussing a video by YouTuber Patrick Boyle titled "The Pig Butchering Scam!" With over 754,000 subscribers, Patrick Boyle's insightful video has sparked an important conversation, and we're here to expand on it.
My Comment on Patrick Boyle's Video:
"This is an awesome video! I was bestowed the nickname by the New York Times, “The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger.” My name is Danny de Hek, and my YouTube channel focuses on shaming anyone running or promoting a Ponzi scheme or scam. The mission of the channel is to create as much public awareness as possible to save mom and dad investors from losing their kids’ inheritance to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.
An Australian guy who reached out to me for help lost AU$33,600. I interviewed him, and he told me his story. Living in the outback of Australia he was convinced to sell his car borrow money from his mother all by one of the most gorgeous ladies he had never met who apparently was lonely and didn’t have anyone to chat to on the Internet! A week after the interview, he came to me asking if he should hire a crypto recovery company.
I told him that he would just get scammed twice and forwarded your video to him. After watching it, he said, “That’s exactly what happened to me.” He now realizes that he was scammed and could have been scammed again. If you are ever up for an interview, I would love to host it.
From my research, people who get scammed are very vulnerable and can be scammed again by another scam. I believe the details get passed on to another department of scammers running a cleanup operation!
We need to destroy the hope of getting the money they’ve lost back because they seem to keep searching for a solution. Coming to terms with losing their money is something that would be a good video to do as well, processing the fact that they will never get their money back."
Emotional and Psychological Effects of Being Scammed
Being scammed can have significant emotional and psychological effects. Some common experiences include:
Emotional Reactions:
Shock and Disbelief: Initial denial and disbelief upon realizing they've been scammed.
Anger: Directed towards the scammer, oneself, or others.
Sadness and Depression: Deep feelings of hopelessness and depression.
Shame and Embarrassment: Worrying about what others might think.
Fear and Anxiety: Increased anxiety about financial stability and fear of future scams.
Psychological Impact:
Trust Issues: Difficulty trusting others, especially in similar contexts.
Loss of Self-Esteem: Questioning one's judgment and decision-making abilities.
Post-Traumatic Stress: Symptoms similar to PTSD, including nightmares and flashbacks.
Isolation: Withdrawal from social interactions due to embarrassment or lack of trust.
Practical and Financial Concerns:
Financial Hardship: Immediate and long-term financial difficulties.
Legal and Administrative Hassles: Time-consuming efforts to report the scam and recover funds.
Disruption of Plans: Significant life plans may be delayed or derailed.
Coping and Recovery:
Seeking Support: Reaching out to friends, family, or support groups.
Professional Help: Consulting therapists or counselors.
Education and Prevention: Learning about scams and how to avoid them.
Financial Counseling: Seeking advice on managing the financial fallout.
Understanding these potential reactions and seeking appropriate support is crucial for recovery after experiencing a scam.

BOOMERANG Shavez Announcement Preview by Danny de Hek, Rob Woolley and The Avengers
Welcome back to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger," your go-to channel for exposing the fraudsters who run and promote Ponzi schemes and scams. I'm Danny de Hek, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, and my mission is to create as much public awareness as possible to save everyday investors from losing their hard-earned money to the deceptive multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.
In today's video, titled "BOOMERANG Shavez Announcement Preview by Danny de Hek, Rob Woolley and The Avengers," we're diving into the latest updates and outrageous claims from none other than Shavez Anwar. Set your alarms for 6 AM New Zealand time because Shavez will be going live to give his community a slew of updates—updates that, based on past experience, are likely to be nothing but smoke and mirrors.
Here's a sneak peek at some of the wild claims Shavez has made in the past:
AL Bot Free for Everyone Forever: Promised to revolutionize trading but vanished into thin air.
Multi-Network Expansion by End of May: Still waiting for that to materialize.
Deputy for Sam Lee in HyperOne, Scam: Now Shavez has disappeared from the internet, no address, no trace.
WAAS Riches: Made no one rich except MLM promoters.
Unannounced Withdrawal Freeze: Blamed it on an exhausted marketing budget.
Self-Appointed Successor: Declared himself the successor to Sam Lee and elected a Board of Trustees with zero transparency.
Proof of Reserve Audit: Promised but never provided.
Cashaa Bank Move: Moved Proof of Reserve into Cashaa Bank without any explanation.
Bank Deposit Promises: Never delivered.
3% Dividend Payable in Any Crypto: Only pays in BTCC, and nothing else.
Bridge Down: Promised to fix it but did nothing.
Audit of the Bridge: Promised but no evidence provided.
CEO Evidence: Requires signing an NDA to see it.
BTCC Riches: Promised to make everyone rich but never mentioned Bfuel's role, which costs more to harvest than it's worth.
NFT Miner Sales: Miners costing $50 sell for $10-$14 on the NFT market.
Christmas Present: Claimed to be free but wasn't.
Kickbacks and Bonuses: WAAS allegedly pays these but offers no transparency on Boomerang profits.
Pavel's Silence: Allegedly involved but never communicates with the community.
Launch Delays: Blamed on basic issues like white listing and flash loan amounts.
Fake Arbitrage Trading: Claimed to generate market operations but trades show losses on the blockchain.
License Sales: Sold 35,000 licenses at the Feb 2024 Boomerang launch event, allegedly selling 5000 per day.
Dubai Incentive: Flying people to Dubai in mid-April who sell 50k matching volume.
Boomerang Licenses Sales: Claims to sell 7000 to 8000 licenses each day, with some days reaching 10,000.
Upcoming Announcements (Predicted):
New Smart Contract Release: Set for April 8, 2024, but will likely need more testing.
Whitelisting for All: Despite previous failures, Shavez claims everyone will be whitelisted.
Flash Loan Deadlines: Gifted flash loan money must be used before April 8, or it will be forfeited.
Exorbitant Flash Loan Offers: Promises of $150,000 flash loans and 300x returns, but the money isn't coming from real arbitrage trading.
AI Trading Bot Claims: Misleading people into thinking AI is doing the trading.
MVP Launch: Guaranteed returns of 3x license fee after MVP launch on April 8, 2024.
Flash Loan Provider: Shavez plans to become a flash loan provider, encouraging the community to contribute to the liquidity pool.
Phase Rollout: Detailed phases of deployment from April 8 to April 20, with ICO happening on the BTC20 Blockchain in May.
BTC20 Blockchain Upgrades: Major upgrades promised, including BTCC listing on exchanges and a bridge upgrade to multichain.
Join me, Rob Woolley, and The Avengers as we dissect these claims, laugh at the absurdity, and prepare you for the spectacle that's about to unfold. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more updates and to stay informed about the latest in the world of crypto scams. Together, we can save innocent investors from falling prey to these cunning fraudsters. See you in the video!

Welcome back to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger," where we expose scammers and Ponzi schemes to protect you, the everyday investor. I'm Danny de Hek, your host, and today we're diving into a new company that has caught my eye - Fido Capital Ltd.
🔍 Who is Harold Livani and What is Fido Capital Ltd?
Harold Livani is the CEO and Director of Fido Capital Ltd, a company allegedly based in Chatham, England, incorporated on March 18, 2024. With a background in finance specializing in crypto trading, forex, commodities, and real estate investment, Livani is noted for his extensive experience and leadership in the financial industry. He leads Fidocap, which aims to provide top-notch investment solutions across various markets.
💡 What's the Real Deal?
Fidocap claims to unlock your financial potential with comprehensive investment solutions. They boast of maximizing gains with their trading and investment solutions and discovering profitable opportunities in crypto, forex, commodities, and real estate. Their website is filled with glowing testimonials, high promises, and claims of technological excellence.
But is it all too good to be true? As your vigilant Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, I'm here to investigate and provide you with the facts. We need to dig deeper to find out if Harold Livani and Fidocap are genuinely providing value or if they are just another elaborate scam.
🚩 Red Flags to Watch Out For
Too Good to Be True Returns: High and consistent returns are often a sign of a Ponzi scheme. Be cautious if the promised returns seem unrealistically high.
Lack of Transparency: Are the strategies and methods of profit generation clearly explained? Transparency is key in legitimate businesses.
Pressure to Invest Quickly: Scammers often use high-pressure tactics to rush your decision. Take your time to research and make informed choices.
Testimonials and Reviews: Are the testimonials genuine or fabricated? Verify the authenticity of user reviews.

SCAMMED OUT OF AU$33,600: Could this happen to you? - Learn How to Avoid These Traps!
Welcome to "The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger" YouTube channel! I'm Danny de Hek, also known as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. My mission is to expose and shame anyone involved in running or promoting Ponzi schemes and scams, creating public awareness to save mum and dad investors from losing their hard-earned money to multilevel marketing bottom feeders.
In today's special live broadcast, we have Stewart Crain, an Australian victim of a devastating crypto scam, who lost $33,600 AUD. Stewart reached out to me to share his story and get some much-needed help and advice. This video is a must-watch for anyone involved in or considering crypto investments.
Stewart Crain was a new crypto enthusiast looking to make the most out of his investments. He was introduced to a promising opportunity by a lady named "Yelrihs Grif," who seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. Yelrihs convinced Stewart to buy USDT using Binance P2P and transfer it to a wallet called Vitien. Initially, everything seemed legitimate. Small amounts transferred successfully, building Stewart's confidence.
However, things took a turn for the worse when Stewart attempted to move larger sums. He found himself unable to retrieve his funds, which were stuck in the Vitien wallet. Despite multiple attempts to get support from both Vitien and Binance, Stewart faced dead ends and growing frustration.
As Stewart's investment grew to 60,000 USDT, Yelrihs introduced a new twist. She claimed that due to delays, he needed to add an extra 5,500 USDT to complete the deal, promising a 20% increase and a direct deposit into his bank account. At this point, Stewart, who had developed feelings for Yelrihs, began to sense something was off. When he refused to send the additional funds, Yelrihs became angry and defensive.
Stewart decided to test the system by transferring small amounts of USDT back to Binance. While initial small transfers worked, a larger transfer of 10,000 USDT failed, leaving him in despair. He realized he had fallen victim to a well-orchestrated scam, orchestrated by someone he thought he could trust.
In this live session, I'll be walking Stewart through the steps he could have taken to avoid being scammed. Our goal is to not only help Stewart but also to educate our viewers on how to protect themselves from similar scams.
Key Points of Discussion:
Introduction to Stewart's Case - Understanding the sequence of events that led to the scam.
Identifying Red Flags - Recognizing the warning signs in Stewart's interaction with Yelrihs.
Steps to Avoid Crypto Scams - Practical tips and strategies to protect your investments.
Recovery Options - Exploring possible ways to recover Stewart's lost funds.
Live Q&A Session - Answering your questions and providing live support.
Stewart's story is a cautionary tale for all crypto investors. It's a stark reminder of how easily one can fall prey to cunning fraudsters. By sharing his experience, Stewart hopes to warn others and prevent them from making the same mistakes.
We encourage you to participate in the live chat and share your experiences or questions. Your input can help others avoid falling victim to similar scams. Let's bring these scammers to justice and create a safer crypto community together.
Don't forget to tune in for this eye-opening live session and learn how to safeguard your crypto investments from falling into the wrong hands. Together, we can make a difference and protect unsuspecting investors from losing their savings to crypto scams. Let's expose these fraudsters and create a safer crypto community!

*THE STORY UNFOLDS:*
*THE LEGAL FALLOUT:*
On April 9, 2024, the Wyoming Secretary of State's Office issued a Notice of Administrative Action to Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC. The notice highlighted that providing false information or failing to correct it is a violation under Wyoming Statute § 17-29-705(c)(iii). This led to the DAO forfeiting its legal status, rendering it defunct. Despite being given 60 days to rectify the issue, Shavez failed to comply, emphasizing the crucial need for regulatory compliance and transparency in the crypto industry.
*QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:*
Shavez's downfall highlights the need for critical scrutiny of high-return promises. Investors should ask about regulatory compliance, detailed explanations of algorithms and risk management, security measures, scalability, audited financial statements, reasons for past launch delays, and investor support. Always seek independent financial and legal advice before investing.
