Christopher Quaglin has lost 20 pounds since being moved to Northern Neck Regional Jail on December 21, 2021, and his life is in serious jeopardy. On November 4, 2021, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green and Congressman Louie Gohmert were granted access into DC Jail, after months of being denied access. Greene and Gohmert visited the CTF wing of DC Jail, known as the “Patriot Pod” where January Sixers are being held. Greene spoke to Quaglin that night who explained that he was suffering due to malnourishment and improper food preparation related to his celiac disease. Christopher Quaglin was viciously retaliated after his encounter with Congress, including being moved to six different jails during his tenure as a pretrial detainee. He has lost 20 pounds since being moved to Northern Neck Regional Jail on December 21, 2021. He was also knowingly placed into an area in the jail with COVID Positive inmates and guards. On January 3, 2022, Congressman Clay Higgins and Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene penned a letter to Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Michael Carvajal that was signed by fourteen members of Congress. The letter directly addressed the BOP’s abhorrent treatment of Chris Quaglin, and other pretrial detainees in its custody: “We, the undersigned, are officially advising you, Director Carvajal, that you are to immediately address the abhorrent persecution of American citizens being held in pre-trial detention under your watch. . . . Constitutionalist Republicans in Congress will not stand idly by and allow these atrocities to continue. Michael Joseph Foy’s Emergency Bond Review Motion described the reasons why Foy charged to the top of the Tunnel’s steps and used a hockey stick against the police in defense of Roseanne Boyland. Here is an excerpt from police body cam audio from to the two minutes leading up to Michael Foy’s involvement. “Someone is being crushed! Let ‘em out! Get her up. Get her up please, save her life! Stop! Stop! She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! Please stop pepper spray, we’re trying (inaudible)! People are getting tased! Save her! Save her! She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! She’s dead! She’s dead! I need somebody, she’s dead! I need medical” The officers disregarded the warnings. They push forward, despite being told that people were being crushed under them. The officers push and strike with their batons. This is very much in line with Police testimony given regarding their mindset that day: “MINDSET IS KEY… the only way that we could have prevented people from coming though that door was killing emm…” Excerpt from a Capitol Police Investigative Report for Unsatisfactory Performance by the Capitol Police on January 6th. He is looking down at the pile of people on the floor, including Roseanne Boyland, while pleading for peace. (Not on this video: Roseanne Boyland’s body is dragged into the tunnel at 4:30 pm, and is never seen again.) He is talking into a mic in the collar of his coat on multiple occasions. He covers his mouth with his scarf each time he does this. The mic is visible in other videos where he is in the tunnel. Miscellaneous: 02:50: MPDC are spraying an unknown spray into the crowd that resulted in people experiencing various types of medical symptoms during J6 and after. 04:57: Camera man in the crowd gets attacked. There were many camera men with full on gear in the crowd that day. Who is he and where is his footage?

DID RYAN NICHOLS HELP SAVE OFFICER FANONE? Ryan Nichols first spoke of helping Fanone during a June 4, 2021 interview with the FBI. Officer Fanone testified in front of The House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol on July 27, 2021. Therefore, statements made by Nichols at his June 4th meeting that are later echoed by Fanone during his July 27th testimony should serve as evidence corroborating Mr. Nichols’ claims— because June 4th precedes July 27th by 54 days. During his June 4th meeting with the FBI, Mr. Nichols recalled that he “observed a uniformed officer being drug outside of the U.S. Capitol on the stairs. He was approximately 5-10 feet away from the officer while he was curled up on the stairs. Nichols stated that he overheard someone say ‘take his gun and kill him.’ Nichols along with others attempted to assist the officer and curtail the violent crowd.” An excerpt of Officer Fanone’s July 27th testimony reads as follows: “I was grabbed, beaten, tased… I was at risk of being stripped of, and killed with, my own firearm as I heard chants of ‘Kill him with his own gun!” (See Ex. 3 at p.2) Fanone’s testimony clearly corroborate representations of fact made by Mr. Nichols, which suggests that Nichols’ statements have a high degree of veracity. Furthermore, Mr. Nichols bona fides as a professional search and rescue specialist, time as a uniformed service member, honorable discharge, and the entire history of his life strongly suggests that his claim of coming to Fanone’s aid is highly reliable, because rescuing people from danger is literally what Ryan Nichols is trained to do. WHO IS RYAN NICHOLS? Ryan Nichols is a former United States Marine who received the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Medal during his four years of honorable service to this country. He has no criminal history, and is not a part of any hate group or organization espousing violence. He has no history of failing to appear in court. He is a father to two young boys. He has been married for eight years. He owns a small business. He employs many people, including ex-convicts and recovering drug addicts. He owns a 501(c)(3) called “Rescue The Universe” that specializes in searching and rescuing people from areas affected by natural disasters. He was nationally recognized for his work with Rescue the Universe and even honored by Ellen DeGeneres on her show. AT THE BAIL HEARING: The Government alleged in its reply brief that Ryan Nichols lied about attempting to help Officer Fanone. The presumption of innocence or truthfulness was not applied. A lifetime of good conduct and good deeds was overlooked as irrelevant and unimportant. All of this was overcome simply because the Government said that he was untrustworthy. YOU BE THE JUDGE: Nothing is crystal clear about this video. However, I want you to take into account everything you now know about Ryan Nichols and view in through that lens, because that is how the presumption of innocence works. Look for Ryan in the crowd with co-defendant Alex Harkrider. Ryan has a camouflage bonnie hat on and yellow gloves. He is at the bottom of the steps leading to the Tunnel when he hears a big commotion and looks up top at the tunnel entrance. He sees a man in riot gear get dragged out of the tunnel and into the crowd. At first, Ryan did not know if the man was Antifa or a police officer. Then someone from the crowd punched the man that was being dragged straight in the face. Ryan was able to see that it was a police officer who got punched. Ryan turns around and screamed “Alex!” and then points at the officer who was clearly in distress. RYAN NICHOLS’ OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING FANONE: OCTOBER 28, 2021 I learned several rescue techniques in the Marine Corps, including one during ‘Work Rescue Drills” where you have to drag a victim to safety with two hands while holding them close to your body. There are different variations of this, depending on the rescue scenario. And after years of my own search and rescue work, I have found a few techniques to be very effective. For instance, when rescuing a person in danger of drowning, I grab them with two hands which as much force I can muster, pull them close to my body, and then to safety. Here, right after my instinct to help Fanone kicked in, the unction to deploy this technique followed straight away. The whole Officer Fanone situation looks much slower on video compared to how it actually played out in real life. What I can tell you is this: the way he was dragged out of the tunnel and into the crowd, is similar to someone being dragged out to sea. And like an injured man floating down a river, he looked to be heading into greater danger– fast. I knew that if I could intercept the path he was traveling that I could (1) grab him and pull him to safety, (2) redirect him in the direction of safety, and/or (3) ensure that he was not dragged past me and into potentially deeper and more perilous waters. When the chance came, I tried to grab him with two hands as forcefully as I could, but I could not get a grip. Next Alex, and I— along with a few others made a wall around the area where Fanone was so no one looking to hurt him could get to him. And it those moments, I can say with confidence that he knew he was safe. Officer Fanone was no longer screaming, and did not appear to be gripped by fear or in distress. I have not yet had the chance to see Officer Fanone’s body cam footage, but something tells me that on it, you will hear a bunch of us yelling “hands off!”, “Don’t hurt him!” and “Send him back up!” YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Victoria White is a Capitol Protestor who was brutally beaten by a MPDC Lieutenant for daring to wear a red MAGA hat on January 6, 2021. A defenseless woman, she is pulverized by the ranking officer who is wearing a white shirt. This vicious assault takes plane in the Lower Western Terrace entrance to the Capitol, known as the “Tunnel.” Ms. White endured dozens of blows from a metal collapsible baton and five direct punches in the face by an unhinged officer that is clearly consumed with rage.

On October 1, 2021, Attorney Joseph McBride submitted a Rule 16 Discovery Request to the United States Attorney's Office in United States v. Ryan Taylor Nichols (Case No. 21-cr-117-1) for three consecutive hours of video footage from CCTV cameras located at the Capitol's Lower West Terrace entrance known as the "Tunnel." McBride later filed a motion in Nichols's case asking for the 3-hour video to be unmasked and made available to the public, because it had been subject to a protective order shielding it from public view. McBride also asked for the unmasking of seven other videos that show footage looking at the Tunnel’s entrance from the vantage point of the crowd. In his motion, McBride argued, amongst other things, that: (1) Victoria White was viciously beaten by a ranking MPDC officer wearing a white shirt; (2) The theories of self-defense and defense of others will work for many Capitol Protestors due to the multitude of unjustifiable attacks of protestors by police; and (3) There were agent provocateurs agitating conflict in the crowd, and that there were undercover agents passing weapons through the crowd. ___________ THE TUNNEL INCIDENT: VICTORIA WHITE IS BEATEN MPDC Lieutenant is wearing a White Shirt: Badge # L359 2:07:01: Lt. hits Ms. White in the head with his baton five times in seven seconds. The first blow knocks her MAGA hat off her head. 2:07:11 Lt. hits Ms. White over the head two times and then spears her with the baton two times 2:07:24: Ms. White is sprayed directly in the fact by officer on ledge. Ms. White pleads with him to stop 2:07:30 Ms. White is maced and hit by White-shirt and ledge officer; 2:07:38 Ms. White is visibly bleeding head, which can be seen on the white hoody; 2:07:45 Ms. White is stuck and cannot go anywhere; 2:07:54 Another MPDC Officer pulls Mr. White’s hair back and forth; 2:08:17 Lt. moves his way from the back, targets Ms. White and begins another assault. Lt. hits Ms. White approximately 10 more times; 2:08:30 Lt spears and pokes Ms. White his baton about the head, neck, and face so as to inflict maximum pain; 2:08:46 Lt beats the Ms. White with his baton striking directly over the head another ten times and then punches White; 2:09:10 Another MPDC Officer holds white and prevents her from leaving; 2:09:13 Lt. punches Ms. White in the face, with his left-hand, landing five punches in five seconds, with all of his might, while she is being held by another officer; 2:09:35 Another officer joins in and starts beating Ms. White in the head with his baton, landing twelve strikes directly to her face; 2:10:42 Ms. White is visibly distressed; 2:10:50 Ms. White collapses twice after being tossed around like a rag doll; 2:11:03 Ms. White attempts to flee the tunnel and is ripped back by an MPDC officer; 2:11:06 Lt. attacks Ms. White as she tries to flee striking her in the face with his baton; 2:11:17 Lt. spears Ms. White in the face; 2:11:20 Ms. White collapses in a cloud of mace; 2:11:25 Ms. White is dragged to the back of the tunnel and taken away. Trained agitators were no doubt in the crowd on January 6th. There is also evidence suggesting collaboration and coordination between said agitators and uniformed police. YOU BE THE JUDGE Careful patient analysis and cross referencing of these eight videos will lead you to the truth. Look for coordination and communication between members of the crowd who look out of place with uniformed police and begin to connect them to each other. Watch also as protestors are openly attacked without provocation or justification by the police. Look for agitators in the crowd, especially by the Tunnel’s entrance. Find out who they are. See if they have been indicted by the government and/or what their history is. DIG UNTIL YOU FIND THE TRUTH. Ask yourself how is it that someone like #RedFace45 (aka Rally Runner) a tall White Man with Red Face Paint, KAGA hat, and MAGA red clothing, can move through the Tunnel’s death zone unencumbered by police where others were severely beaten and even died? Victoria White was literally beaten half to death (See 02:06:16) while both she and RF45 occupied the Tunnel together. Yet, RF45 is given a pass by the police in the tunnel and the FBI afterward, and White a non-violent female protestor that was brutalized by the MPDC has been indicted? SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. The Government will soon have to contend with the fact that RF45: (1) Placed his hand into a MPDC officer’s supply bag in the Tunnel, and remove an item without repercussion from the police. (See 02:15:00 -12:15:45); (2) Possessed and used a police issued riot shield in and outside of the Tunnel (See 02:12:26); (3) Appears to have worked in concert with uniformed police in the clearing out of the Tunnel (See 02:18:45 -02:21:13); (4) Uses what appears to be hand signals to communicate after clearing the Tunnel (See Block at 02:21:14); (5) Possessed the same kind of collapsible police baton that an MPDC supervising officer used to pummel Victoria White with inside of the Tunnel. (See 02:02:02-02:11:24); (6) Appears to use hand signals in the crowd as well. Look at all the people identified by Darren Beattie as well. We certainly want these men identified. It does not matter if their day jobs include being a mascot like Rally Runner, or owning a tranquil wedding venue like Ray Epps. All that matters is the truth— regarding what their role was on January 6th and what their role is now. We also have reports of indicted persons in the jails working as informants for the government. We have identified several of them… and will soon motion the court for their identity. Nothing about January 6th is what you think it is. All of it was done right in front of your face. Open your eyes… Open your mind… Put your politics aside and open your heart… Dig deep to find the truth. Because only the TRUTH will MAKE AMERICA FREE AGAIN.
