If I were an ungodly being - Part 2
This video message represents Part 2 of a 2-part series entitled "If I were an ungodly being." This video series simply illustrates all the worldly issues that all Christians face in our pursuit of our hope as a result of the influence of the ungodly beings who are constantly and continuously doing their best to undermine our efforts to realize our hope. And in these messages, I will play the lead role as these ungodly beings in which I will indicate all the things I, as an ungodly being, have done and plan on doing to distract and mislead Christians from realizing their hope. As such, these messages may serve as a reminder to all Christians what we are all up against. This is the reason there is so much emphasis by New Testament authors for all Christians to get prepared, be focused, and remain vigilant for all the worldly attractions that may serve to distract us from our hope.
If we choose to live in this world and take part in all that she has to offer, we will die in this world, never to visualize Jesus and our Father, the new earth, the kingdom of heaven, or the holy city of New Jerusalem. We must prepare ourselves in our faith and live a life according to his will ... to the best of our ability, and repent when we fail.

Church Service
When we hear the phrase "Church Service" we are preconditioned to think of it as a time in which our local congregation will gather in a structure which we typically refer to as a "church." But when we consider what it is our Lord has asked us to do, ... commanded us to do, the prominent meaning of the terms "church" and "service" take on a whole new meaning.
While we use the term church to refer to a structure, the New Testament authors seem to refer to it as the faithful, and while we use the term "service" to refer to the time we spend in "church" listening to the pastor, the New Testament authors, and Jesus, refer to the concept of service as what we do for one another, in love and faith.
It matters how we communicate to one another, especially if we are in leadership positions, church leaders included. If we make sure the "church" understands their responsibility in "service" to one another, they would be doing that which Jesus has commanded all of us to do.

Judged according to our works - Part 3
This message is Part 3 of a 3-Part message devoted to the phrase “… judged according to our works …” in all the ways it has been delineated in the Bible. If you began listening to this message from the beginning, then you know that we have just concluded Part 2. Part 3 will begin in 2 Timothy and end in Revelation.
In our search for our hope, … having established faith, we must attend to these messages, and avoid picking out individual faith passages to rely on. In considering these phrases, we ask that everyone please remember all the evidence presented thus far regarding “works” and all the points established from parables and stories regarding Jesus’ expectations of us, … and one of the best is found in Matthew 25, in which he offers a prophesy of the end times in which he and the holy heavenly angels will come down and judge every one of us according to what we did for one another on earth, while alive. Those of us who demonstrated love through the acts of charity, mercy, forgiveness, preaching, and ministering will be placed on his right and will be permitted to enter the kingdom of heaven. He considers these … his sheep. But Jesus leaves nothing to the imagination in this chapter. Jesus identifies some of the qualities they’ll be looking for, … the evidence of our faith … as you will, … specifically. Those on his right are those of us who’ve fed the hungry, provided drink to the thirsty, shelter to the homeless, clothes to the naked, blankets to the cold, and ministering to the imprisoned and those of diminished spirit.
Those he herds on his left are all of us who failed to demonstrate love, … and the qualities he identifies … specifically. These people are referred to as goats. And it appears the goats may be arguing their case with Jesus, however Jesus informs them in Matthew 25:45-46 “… Verily I say unto you, in as much as you did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: … but the righteous into life eternal.”

Judged according to our works - Part 2
This message is Part 2 of 3 messages devoted to the phrase “… judged according to our works …” in all the ways it has been delineated in the Bible. If you began listening to this message from the beginning, then you know that we have just concluded Part 1 which began in the book of Proverbs and ended in Mark. Part 2 will begin in John and end in 1 Timothy. And then we will conclude the message in Part 3 which will take us from 2 Timothy to Revelation.
Jesus’ message is clear. To realize our hope, we must attend to the will of God to the best of our ability, and repent when we fail. And most New Testament authors, and Jesus, indicate that we will all be judged according to the works we do here on earth. If we do our best to attend to the will of God, and repent when we fail, then we’ll realize our hope. If we don’t, then we will fail to realize our hope.
This message addresses the phrase “… judged according to works,” in all the various forms it may be presented. In our search for our hope, … and in considering these phrases, we ask that everyone please remember all the evidence presented thus far regarding “works” and all the points established from parables and stories regarding Jesus’ expectations of us, … and one of the best is found in Matthew 25, in which, at the end of the chapter he indicates who will be permitted to enter the kingdom, those of us who’ve fed the hungry, provided drink to the thirsty, shelter to the homeless, clothes to the naked, blankets to the cold, and ministering to the imprisoned and those of diminished spirit.

A prayer based on the Lord's Prayer
When the disciples asked Jesus how to pray to our Father, Jesus provided us the Lord's Prayer. Just prior to this, and depending on which book we're reading, he also instructed where and how we should pray ... alone, away from the eyes and ears of others. Why we choose not to utilize these methods every time we pray, is beyond me.
There's no reason to think Jesus intended for us to state it word for word, we believe there's every reason to think he meant for us to address the concepts he provided. As such, we should acknowledge our Father, the location of his present existence, and how precious he must be if his name alone is on the precipice of holiness. We should acknowledge the creation of his new kingdom to come, where it'll be, and it's characteristics. On the new earth, in the kingdom of heaven, and within the holy city of New Jerusalem, his will - will reign supreme for the first time since the creation of man, just as is does in heaven today, and so on. It is these concepts that he wanted us to address when we pray to our Father, not the laundry list of earthly desires and needs we continue to ask for.
This is the only prayer we need to pray to our Father, because he knows our minds and what it is we need.

Considering Paul's message on faith and hope
Paul's message is confusing for some and complicated still for others. If we took the easiest message he provides, then we would walk away thinking our salvation, our hope, is based on faith, and faith alone. But in every chapter he addresses the thoughts and behaviors that will undermine our hope, despite faith. And in the end, Paul's view on faith and works is weighted more on the works side than faith. In Paul's world, if we fail to demonstrate works, then we cannot possibly be among the truly faithful, and if we're not considered among the faithful, then we must be part of the evil ones. As such, according to Paul, we will end up in a place of fire.
As I mentioned from the start, Paul's message may be considered confusing, but it's more complicated than that. To comprehend his message, we must consider his entire message.

Judged according to our works - Part 1
Every New Testament author, and Jesus himself, have indicated that we will all be individually judged according to what we've done here, on earth. In this message we will discuss the concept regarding the phrase "judged according to our work."
In our effort to realize our hope, we must establish faith, but it's not the only thing Jesus has commanded us to do, and none of the New Testament authors, or Jesus, indicate that we will be judged according to our faith. Faith gets us through the strait gate. Once through, we must all walk the narrow road, a road paved with the will of God, love, for our God and one another.

Works - Part 4 - Paul
This message is Part 4 in a four-part series on "works." The entire series will take us through each of the New Testament authors who address the subject. The purpose of the series is to illustrate the fact that "works" is an expectation of God, that is, in addition to faith we are expected to demonstrate love in all the ways love may be manifested, to the best of our abilities, through the acts of charity, mercy, forgiveness, and preaching.
Part 1 and 2 will take us through the non-Pauline authors. Part 3 and 4 will address Paul. I am convinced that most of the "Christian" churches rely heavily on Paul's continued rhetoric that we are justified through faith and faith alone. We not only believe the churches are going down the wrong path in their preaching on Paul, and leading others to incorrect and incomplete conclusions, we believe Paul's final position on the topic is very similar to the others. That is, the faithful must demonstrate good works to realize their hope.
In fact, when we hear prominent preachers talk about faith and works, they all begin with Paul's mantra by indicating that faith is all we need, but shortly after … they all address how we need to live a Christian life, characterized by good behaviors, because if we live a life of fornication, stealing, and all the other behaviors which fall under the biblical term of “iniquities,” then we will fail to realize our hope.
They all end up where we begin, … each one. Demonstrating the good “Christian” behaviors is the "works" alluded to by all the New Testament authors, including Paul, that of demonstrating love through action.

The Road to the Kingdom of Heaven
I can only envision a few pathways in which we become faithful Christians, and all of them include hearing the message of the kingdom of heaven, identifying with it and Jesus, and developing faith. From that point, there is only one pathway to achieve our hope, and that is the internalization of the message and the messenger, and the reflection of love onto one another. To realize our hope, we must become active in our faith, demonstrate love, through the acts of charity, mercy, forgiveness, and preaching. There is no other way.

Great Preaching Orators
This message falls under the heading of "Worldly things which deviate our attention from our God and his will." In presenting this message I’m asking everyone to consider the very important fact that … anything that deviates our focus from our God and his will, as Jesus delineated it in the New Testament, should be considered a distraction … until the point in which we have internalized the message and have begun the journey of actualizing our faith, … including spending time with great preaching orators, and attending church service. There’s one function of the church and preachers … and that’s to lead as many believers as possible to the road to the kingdom of heaven … for the purposes of realizing our hope.

Faith, Sports and the Work Ethic
We believe and have maintained that if we have any desire to realize our hope, we must attend to the will of God as Jesus has delineated it. In this message, we attempt to make the connection between the faith an athlete develops in his abilities in any given sport, our Christian faith, and the work ethic. An athlete would never realize their potential if all they did was to articulate a belief that they can exhibit ability without putting in the work required to do so. As Christians, we must demonstrate love to our God and one another, to the best of our abilities and repent when we fail. It is only then in which we reach our potential as Christians, as we "Actualize our faith."

Orientation
This video message falls under the title of “Worldly issues which deviate our attention from our God and his will.” When presented with worldly affairs, we must position them in their proper place, some where far below our devotion and attention of our God. We cannot do anything about what people think or do but we can present an accurate message of the kingdom of heaven, through the act of preaching, and demonstrate love in all ways love may be manifested.
We have all been conditioned to believe homosexuals are a problem Christians must determine a way to deal with. With everything all said, they are no different than any of us. Because what we may think is just as bad in the eyes of the Lord as what others may do. Our responsibility to our brethren, and to our God, is to demonstrate love in all the ways love may be manifested, … period. If you can’t demonstrate love for homosexuals, then how can you claim a love for Jesus.

America the Republic
These series of video messages fall under the subtitle of "Worldly things which deviate our attention for our God and his will." With all the chaos happening around the world, and specifically in America, American patriots are charged to save the Republic, our founding documents and the rule of law. But we must remember our first love. We must not allow ourselves to be so concerned about the affairs of the world, including this great nation, that it distracts our attention from our God and his will. Our God demands our attention and our love, and commands us to love one another in all the ways love can be manifested.

The Old Testament
This video message falls under the category of "Worldly things which deviate our attention for our God and his will." As mentioned earlier in the ministry, until we understand the message and the messenger, and what it is our God wants from us, for the purposes of realizing our hope we should be in no other areas of the Bible than the New Testament. Until then, although we consider the Old Testament as God's word, it may serve as a distraction to us.

The Church Message
The Church Message falls under the series of video messages subtitled "Worldly things which deviate our attention for our God and his will." The church is a great tool for Jesus and his message. Like all these video messages under this title, we must take care we're delivering a correct and accurate message to Christian in how they can realize their hope. Otherwise, we must ask, what's the purpose.

Faith, God, and the concerns and stresses of man
In these series of videos we’re going to be using topics that will stimulate defensive mechanisms in many Christians. But there’s a reason for doing this. First, we need to desensitize ourselves to worldly affairs, and second, we need to learn to live a Christian life in a world in which our God intended us to live in. It all goes back to being prepared.
This message focuses on the concerns and stresses of man.
