I have a confession to make. "Last night I..."

I stumbled upon this routine on the Edgar Casey website while looking for solutions to my chronic frozen neck pain. I did adapt his method to add more range of stretch along the sides of my neck.

March 26th, 2020 driving home after getting notice that my work was C19 cancelled. I was crying too hard to drive so I pulled over, then suddenly I had an urge to pull out my voice recorder and this came out of me. I laughed all the way home. I hope it makes you at least smile 😘
