Recipe: 8 Slices of Bacon - cooked & chopped 1 lb Ground Beef 1 C Onions - chopped 3 Cloves Garlic - minced 1 Tsp Burger Seasoning 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 Eggs 1 -2 Tbsp Mustard 1 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded Pickles - cut in pieces Cook bacon & set aside. Brown beef in bacon fat (drain if too much fat) & add onion , garlic & seasonings. Add worcestershire & cream cheese, mix well. Remove from heat. In medium bowl combine, eggs, cream & mustard, mix well. Mix in 1 c cheddar cheese. Spread ground beef mixture into 8 x 11 baking dish or you can use a 9 x 9. Top with sliced pickles, bacon & egg mixture. Top with additional cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350° for 15 - 20 minutes.
