Dog Buys Ice Cream From Truck
An ice cream loving dog has learned to buy his favorite treat every time the neighbourhood truck comes round.
Diesel gets so excited when he hears the sound of the music playing on the Town Clown Ice Cream Truck that his owners have started stashing a one dollar bill in his collar so he can pay for his treat.
Video filmed by his owner Jennifer Gregory in Ringgold, Virginia, shows Diesel darting up to the van as it pulls around the corner.
With the music blaring, the pooch can’t contain his excitement.
And as the truck pulls to a stop, he dashes around to the window, stands on his hind legs and waits for the server to take his dollar in exchange for his favorite ice cream ball.

Cat Takes Face Full Of Water For Cool Drink On Hot Day
A clever cat came up with an ingenious way to cool himself down on a hot day by waiting for the garden sprinklers to pop up and heading for a sip. In the amusing footage from Spring, Texas - where the average high is above 87F (30C) from May to September - clever puss Scar Kitty laps away at a garden sprinkler's water. Owner Alida Kinkaid, 51, said she noticed Scar’s unique approach as she walked around her yard on July 15. She said since the family recently replaced their sprinkler heads, Scar has opted to drink fresh water straight from the sprinklers, rather than opt for his bowl. Given her cat's unusual approach, Alida decided to film the moment to share with friends and family.

Leaping Wildebeest Kicks Lioness In Dramatic Escape
This is the heart-stopping moment a soaring wildebeest leaped over two hungry lionesses on the run before darting across a lake and outpacing an entire pride.
In the dramatic footage the wildebeest turns sharply as it notices a sole lioness, zipping in the opposite direction toward two more predators lying in wait.
But, suddenly, the wildebeest shoots off the ground, jumping over the two awaiting females, kicking one in the head and continuing on the run.
Four more lionesses from the pack of seven then joined the chase in Kruger National Park, South Africa, but the blue wildebeest headed straight through the shallow part of the river to outrun the lionesses on the other side.
That was where visitor Lauren Hughey, from Florida, USA, was capturing the entire moment on film, while her guide at Rhino Post Safari Lodge, Bonga Njujula, from Eastern Cape, South Africa, frantically snapped stunning photographs.

Rescue Animals Are Real Life Timon & Pumbaa
This warthog and mongoose look like they have no worries as they’ve become best friends just like a real-life Timon and Pumbaa. Miss Piggy the warthog and Mongo the mongoose have an uncanny resemblance to the famous friends from the iconic Lion King films. Just like their big screen doubles Miss Piggy and Mongo love to play together and Mongo even rides on his friend’s back, just like in the movies. Fans might notice Mongo is a mongoose and not a meerkat like the character Timon, but both species are closely related. And both Miss Piggy, aged eight, and six-year-old Mongo have found happiness after a rough start in life. Miss Piggy was rescued as a baby after being hit by a car and Mongo is an orphan. But now they have found happiness together at CARACAL – the Centre for Conservation of African Resources: Animals, Communities and Land use – in Chobe, Botswana. Because they have been rescued, they cannot be safely returned to the wild so the pair act as wildlife ambassadors helping to educate local communities.
