Life can be stressful at times and I\\\\\\\'ve found for myself that Meditation helps me relax, center myself, focus & carry on, even if I\\\\\\\'m only able to meditate for 15 or 30 minutes at a time, It\\\\\\\'s taking that time out for yourself that really helps your mind & body rejuvenate.
