This little Gator hit a tree and broke lots of plastic body panels. Replacement panel sets run around 600 dollars, so to save a buck I am going to repair them with a few simple tools.

Simple Lift I made to get 12 foot panels to the roof by myself.

Insulated Foundation using ICF's low cost way to form a slab with zero thermal bridging. Uses less form material than insulating after the pour and has many characteristics common with frost protected shallow insulated slab.
