1. You will need to call 1-888-842-6328 to complete the steps in the Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

2:You should authenticate yourself through the IVR.

3: When the system states " What type of account are you calling about...Your response should be Transfer Money.

4: When the IVR states " Are you planning to transfer funds from one of your Navy Federal accounts? Your response should be "No."

5: You will select the account number you want to transfer money to.

6: You should enter the external card number to be used fund your Navy Federal account.
