I am an Application Support Specialist and Cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience in IT system support, federal security compliance, and enterprise technology environments. My work spans technical support, vulnerability tracking, inter-agency security agreements, and systems documentation. Currently, I support enterprise-level logistics applications, providing first- and second-level technical support while participating in system enhancement cycles and process documentation. My professional foundation is rooted in compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, and RMF—gained through hands-on POA&M analysis and ISA coordination for federal systems under DOI contracts. I hold a Master’s in Cybersecurity (with Distinction), a Bachelor of Science in Management (Magna Cum Laude), and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, where my research explores the integration of Explainable AI (XAI) into risk management frameworks.
