Yes, I was disqualified by the UCP, and it was rather unjust. So why do I continue to support Danielle Smith? I am willing to soldier on today so that my daughter has a better tomorrow. Danielle Smith put forth the motion to use the Sovereignty Act today as a push back against intrusive Federal regulations that could cost Albertans not only 100's of billions but reliable energy. Are we one step closer to a sovereign Alberta or do you agree with the NDP that this is a dishonest and illegal stunt? Lastly, how would you feel about a Crown Corporation providing Alberta's electricty?

The Human Rights commission thinks Christmas is discriminatory, the federal government ignores a supreme court ruling. Has the Canadian Government truly become lawless. It would seem so. Just more reason for Alberta to establish its own pension plan. The reality is it will never get a fair deal with Ottawa. Not with this Liberal government, nor the next.

Viewers have commented about "how" to invest an Alberta Pension Plan. Well this is Alberta's opportunity to get it right. By leaving the CPP we have an opportunity to create something better. An Alberta Pension Plan plan for the people of Alberta in which they are not only the recipient of their own contributions like the CPP, but also partake in the returns and interest earned on those contributions. Alberta, we can do so much better.

I could not shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong and I felt very unsettled and unsafe. If you feel unsafe, do not assume everything will be okay, or that it is “just you.” Ask for help?

An 'independant' writer with such a bias for the Conservative Party of Canada draws a parallel to Maxime Bernier and Justin Trudeau, misleading people to believe that Maxime Bernier feels the same admiration for China. It is this kind of junk reporting and propaganda that proves the seriousness of the political problems we face today. For so many who were hopeful things had changed within the CPC under the leadership of Pierre Pollievre - things may indeed be worse. Thanks for solidifying the PPC vote for so many more Spencer.

Don’t be fooled! Mandating gas powered vehicles is just as bad as mandating electric vehicles. Government force is still government force even if we happen to agree with the outcome. It is not the role of government… period and full stop to dictate what kind of car you drive. We must fight back from a principled manner. We must put government back in its rightful place of authority and function, and that means we must RESTRICT it’s power. We can not simply applaud Government’s when we like the outcome and disapprove of it when we do not. We must push back every time government oversteps its rightful purpose and authority and rightfully resist when it violates our rights as free citizens. Just like the right to free speech. I may not like what you have to say, but I will defend your right to say it! People living in a free society have the right to choose what kind of car they drive, what kind of stove they cook on, what kind of medicine we put into their bodies… full stop!
