Hebrews 6:7 Fruitfulness and Receiving God’s Blessings - Hebrews #47
There’s only one crop from man that God will dignify with the label “fruit”: faith in Jesus Christ, which comes from drinking His word.

Pastor Melissa Scott exposed the truth about Fruitfulness and Receiving God's Blessings.
Hebrews 6 King James Version
1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
3 And this will we do, if God permit.
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:
12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

We Are Daily Recipients of His Grace - Footnote to Hebrews #32
A footnote to Hebrews #32 on how the definition of grace as unmerited favor, although correct, is insufficient in understanding grace. The New Testament shows us how the fullness of grace is revealed in Christ.

Hebrews 1:2 Concepts of Inheritance Through the Bible - Hebrews #3
Starting in Hebrews, Pastor Scott goes backwards through the Bible to focus on the concept of heir-ship and why it was such a radical concept to the Jewish listener and a doctrinal peg to our Christian faith. We are co-heirs of all things, but we are also partakers in Christ’s suffering.

Pastor Melissa Scott exposed the truth about the book of Hebrews.
Hebrews 1 King James Version
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Hebrews 1:2 Jesus Christ: Heir of All Things - Hebrews #2
Christ is heir of all things: focusing on the word “heir” and its development to gain perspective on how the Judeo Christians would have understood the concept of inheritance and then making an application to us: since Christ is heir of all things, we are coheirs with Him, not by works but by simple faith.

Hebrews 1:1-3 The Supremacy of Christ - Hebrews #1
This message begins a series on the book of Hebrews, a book whose authorship has been debated but never resolved definitively. In the Old Testament God spoke through the prophets, but today he speaks to us through His Son Jesus Christ as the final Revelation of His Word. He is the heir of all things and we are His coheirs. It is the “betterness” of Christ over the prophets of old and His uniqueness when compared to the world’s religious founders that make Him supreme.

Gen 14:18-20 & Ps 110:4 Introduction to Melchisedec: First Picture of the Mediator - Hebrews #52
The writer of Hebrews introduces Melchisedec for a purpose. We can start to understand that purpose through an in-depth study of the name of Melchisedec in canonical and non-canonical sources. Additionally, the blessings Melchisedec gave in Genesis, both manward and Godward, give us a picture of a mediator for the first time.
