We have reached the point where enough information is readily accessible to the masses- that we can no longer simply claim ignorance. It's a matter of choices at this point- we either choose to know...or we don't. Believing in a false narratives on certain topics (i.e. that Santa Claus isn't real) is more dangerous as an adult, and harder to process through than it is when we go through it as a kid, but the process is the same. We will discuss certain topics in authentic & candid ways, that provide extra perspective, but doesn't go to deep overwhelm- with a compass & goal of Best Health.
