Through a year of deep soul diving and self discovery, she realized how much of her life she spent making life choices in an energy of unworthiness- something she feels many others also are living through without even being aware. Now Christy is taking what she’s learned about herself and finding a place to serve others. Through her love for personal and spiritual growth, energy healing, fitness and health she’s creating a space to facilitate overall body, mind, and soul well-being. She is a certified Reiki Master, a certified dance fitness instructor and a certified retreat facilitator.
