This backpack was located on private property. It was not "abandoned property." The backpack was fully zipped shut. You could not see any contents of the backpack with the naked eye. This constituted an unlawful search & seizure.

This alcohol never should have been removed from the backpack as the backpack was fully zipped shut and none of its contents were visible to the naked eye. It was also located on private property - not public land.
