In this video, Col shares a tragic injury he had where he had torn the two bottom discs of his spine, that stole the quality of his life. He tried all different therapies and even had major back surgery, but he had been in chronic pain for 14 years and was on a cocktail of medications over that time to manage pain. However, since patching has had very very little pain over 8 months 🙌🥳🙌 Started rock climbing again, is about to embark on travelling the country with his family, and being the father and husband he always wanted to be ❤️ His mum, Mary (71 years young), also shares her side of the story about how she watched her son, Col, go through a very difficult, debilitating, and depressing time of his life, and watched him become dependent on pain medication.
