Mr Passive Silently Vending Away with Mike Hoffman
Building Your Passive Income Empire: Vending Machines, Real Estate, and More with Mike Hoffman
Welcome back to another exciting episode of Passive Income and Ventures! In this episode, we're diving deep into the world of passive income streams and entrepreneurship with our special guest, Mike Hoffman, aka Mr. Passive. From real estate and vending machines to the nuances of running a hands-off business, Mike shares his journey of turning active income into a diversified and passive income portfolio. Learn about the pros and cons of different business models, the importance of choosing the right locations, and practical advice on how to get started with minimal startup costs. Whether you're looking to leave your corporate job or simply want to supplement your income, this episode is packed with valuable insights to help you on your path to financial freedom.
Bio: I started my Passive Income journey from the humblest of roots.
At the time, I was working a 60-hour per week job that paid me only $1,200/month. I used my emergency fund to invest 20% down on a $70,000 fixer upper. After 2 years, I sold the property and rolled the capital gains into a $250,000 condo in the Pacific Northwest mountains. This condo allowed our family to enjoy the Cascades while also creating an Income Stream as a Short-term rental. From there, I started to leverage both time and money to build multiple Passive Income streams.
Soon, my wife and I found out our first child was on the way. Time with my family is everything to me, so I knew I needed to expand into other Passive Income streams. I discovered a unique and very low capital option with Vending.
Now, as our second kid is on the way, I have focused on generational wealth through a Vending route that includes over a dozen machines and thousands of dollars in monthly income.
If there's one thing my journey has taught me: The process is easier than I thought and I only wish I had started sooner.

Coming out of college, Steven Andrews was $75,000 in debt and making $45,000 a year. He wanted more and knew something needed to change. Circling back to the dream he once had while studying at High Point University, Steven overcame his doubts and bought his first rental property.
Within nine years, Steven went from buying properties to supplement his income to pursuing real estate full-time. Today, he owns and manages hundreds of properties through his virtual property management company, Realty Management Group.
Remembering how hard it was to overcome his own doubts and insecurities at the beginning of his investment career, Steven is now on a mission to empower others to achieve their own goals in real estate.
