When every minute costs the ranch money its important to take time to find out if the cost is worth it. Today we dive into the cost of cutting our own hay, compared to buying hay and custom cutters.

Each year the ranch earns one paycheck and that is when we sell calves. Join us as we take a look at the year of the calf, from beginning of their time on the ranch to the end as they are loaded on a cattle truck to head off to auction. Ensuring another year for the ranch.

Ranching looks so easy, just let animals eat grass and money rolls in. Now in a much requested video we break down the costs of farming and ranching cattle, how much a cow costs an operation per year and how ranchers and farmers make ends meet through good and bad years.

A cow in the herd is diagnosed with Bovine Mastitis which quickly becomes a massive infection. After waiting for her calf to be born, we begin treatment for mom and a plan for her calf.

Each and every year the cycle of the ranch starts over and that day falls on the day that we put the bulls in with the cows. Check out how with one person we move the bulls, learn about bull related accidents and meet the new bulls to the herd. Lets put these guys to work!
