I had made this axe in 2012. So, after 6 years i broken axe head because hitting of hammer. I'm had tried to cut a big tree stump and broken it . Hello folks, today I want to show you how restore vintage or may be antique rusty helmet. As seller said , he found that mask somewhere in his old house village. I decided to buy that mask, because it has epic view and I like middle century theme. Yes, i understand this is just decor, but I'm very happy that I found that knight helmet. I guess that form of that belongs to 12 century, crusade times. So, I spent $12 USD also 2 days to finish that restoration project. The flea market very funny place. The once I saw that drill, I immediately decided to restore it. There was a lot of rusty! I spent approximately two days. I removed all the rusty, cleaned the wood from dirty and replaced the screws. Hello folks! Today I want to show you, how I restored a vintage cord drill. I bought it at flea market for $5. When I found the information about that vintage drill I was shocked. That drill was made in USSR 1958 year in Russia, Tomsk at tolls factory. I spent around tree days. The hardest part was to solder because I don't have much experience in it but I managed to finish that restoration project. In finish I check all connection and wiring in that drill but cannot find a issues. After few hours researches i found information in old forum where was written about that model — due to the winding on the stator is old and able to break through. First off all I used an electrolysis to clean each wrench up from rusty layer and after that use some part of chlorine and solvent. For finish step I polished it with grinder. Hello folks! I found this sledgehammer in my friend's garage when we was cleaning it. After sometime I decided to restore it and also to record my first video on YouTube (this is my old wish lol) So, firstly i started to make electrolysis (salt + soda) to remove all rust from hammerhead. After that I used angle grinder for polishing it and the last step was a making new wood handle for my hammer.
