The Convention of States

The first Amendment I would propose at a Convention of States. Ending all income taxes and abolishing the 16th Amendment.

The second Amendment I would propose at a Convention of States. Sunsetting Social Security while ensuring those who depend on it are taken care of.

The third Amendment that I would propose at a Convention of States. A replacement for Medicare and Medicaid which should be more sustainable

The Fourth Amendment that I would propose at a Convention of States. Bringing an end to the 17th Amendment and allowing the states to regain some of their power.

The fifth Amendment that I would propose at a Convention of States. Ensuring that the vote is safe and sacred, and restoring trust in the system.

The Sixth Amendment that I would propose at a Convention of States. Process for creating consensus on the correct interpretation of our constitution, historically correct and accurate.

The 7th Amendment that I would propose at a Convention of States. Holding our politicians accountable for their actions.

The harm that the 16th Amendment has caused is immeasurable. It must be repealed if we want to restrain the power of the federal government!
