In this video, I have been admiring the series of new works [2024] of the artist Sergej Jensen from Denmark. New artist to me but I did like his works a lot. A series of paintings is set set up in a room reminiscing Andy Warhol's ''Shadows'' [1978-79] - a series of conceived as a 'single' work in up to 102 parts that Warhol installed edge-to-edge around the perimeter of a room, creating, as Warhol described, a 'disco decor'. In this video, I have been admiring the new works [2023] of the German painter Gerhard Richter. Incredible artist, he's 92 and keeps creating picturesque artworks, very inspiring. In this video, we visited the George Jackson Plaster-making facility in London. A craftsman who has been working there for 40 years has kindly demonstrated to us the art of making the composition. Hope this will be of interest. The whole process was very inspiring and I am thinking of implementing plaster-making in my future art projects. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. After going to the White Cube exhibition we went to Borough Market and almost lost each other, then walked and climbed up the wrong building, but still really high. Went to eat at Marugame Udon.
