Upon arrival, officers observed the reporting party with visible injuries consistent with a physical altercation. The reporting party appeared agitated and exhibited signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, glassy eyes, and the smell of alcohol on their breath.
The reporting party provided conflicting information regarding the location and circumstances of the altercation, initially mentioning a non-existent establishment and later changing the location to a different venue.
