So, after the Delayed Penalty stage, now it's time for the regrouping phase. teams and coaches don't understand this phase because you see player rushing the puck carrier...all the time.

So now the other team got into your defensive zone when you're short handed by one player...now what?

Okay, so what happens when your teammate trips the other guy with the puck? It starts a whole lot of stuff that you need to know.
