Let's Memorize Psalm 1 Using Sketchnotes
In this video, let's memorize Psalm 1 together, from the New King James version! Before diving into the scripture memory part, I share a few thoughts on Psalm 1, including the contrast that we find in verses 1-3 and verses 4-6.
I created some "sketchnotes" (I use that term loosely since I can't draw!) that will help you remember the verses.
Please feel free to watch the video multiple times, since we often have to go over Bible verses repeatedly in order to memorize them.
While I recommend watching the entire video all the way through the first time, here are some time stamps to help you jump right to the verse you want to focus at any given time.
00:00 Introduction to Psalm 1
00:48 - V 1-3 and V 4-6 compared
02:45 – Psalm 1, Verse 1
03:02 – Psalm 1, Verse 2
03:11 – Psalm 1, Verse 3
03:27 – Psalm 1, Verse 4
03:32 – Psalm 1, Verse 5
03:41 – Psalm 1, Verse 6
Be sure to leave me your comments, about whether or not you like this style of video for scripture memory. I'd also love to hear your thoughts on your favorite scripture memory methods, so we can all learn and grow together!
