We were passing by Mont Blanc/Monte Bianco via Courmayeur, Italy; so we thought we could just take a look and say hello. 😊 Gear: For this task we used the Chimera 7 pro (Scout) with a GoPro Hero 8 Black mounted on. Battery 5200 MAH. TBS crossfire (nano diversity) is the link of choice on all the quads we trust with distances above 5km and scout was no exception in this regard. Since the main Lauterbrunnen valley is a no-fly-zone, we chose to follow the Mattenbach falls which is on the edge of the zone. Coincidentally it is one of my favourite falls in Lauterbrunnen. This six-stage, 1.2km high waterfalls – a little removed from the public eye is an attraction of its own. I have often wondered what lies beyond at the back of the falls where the water is calm and peaceful before it plunges into the majestic Lauterbrunnen valley. What we discovered up there was as surprising as it was mesmerizing. Please come on board for this little journey of discovery as we present Lauterbrunnen the way only a handful have experienced. Deep in Berner Oberland home to Adelboden-Lenk ski-resort and Langlauflopie Engstligenalp; there exist the majestic and breath taking Lohner mountain range.
