Warrior Diet
Alright guys, day 3 and I've decided that I would be a great candidate to try the Warrior Diet. I'm already 3 days of fasting 20 hours each day. However, I do not plan to eat whatever I want because I learned that, you can eat anything on the Warrior Diet and that to me sounds like I would fall back into my junk food habits. Sooo I'm going to eat a lot of clean food in my eating window. I think the Warrior Diet will help me restore my general health and will help aid in my weight loss. With my busy work schedule I cannot workout everyday or every other day. I am sticking with working out once a week for each muscle group. I feel like I will need longer recovery periods, but let's see what happens. I plan to do the Warrior Diet until results slow down and then I will back off and do a 16 hour fast and have an 8 hour eating window, and see what happened. It'll be interesting to see if I get stronger on my lifts doing this!
I appreciate any feedback and thank you for watching.

Weight Loss Day 2
Day 2! Back and Biceps. Today I feel jittery shaky feeling. I didn't eat any sugar yesterday so I think maybe that has something to do with it. Hopefully I'm not pre diabetic :( Hope this feeling goes away in the next couple of days. I work Day 3, but will upload a video, I may take a rest day, or train legs, see how my left knee feels.
Thanks for watching!

Weight Loss Day 1
Weight Loss Day 1. I am embarrassed that I have allowed myself to get unhealthy. I hate the way I feel and I hate the way I look, so I am ready to change that. I have tried in the past and I just don't stay consistent, so I want to try something different and make videos of my progress. This may or may not keep me motivated, but I'm willing to try. I struggle when it comes to my diet. I am a junk food addict. Getting my nutrition under control is priority number 1. I appreciate any advice!
Thanks for watching.

Honda Fourtrax 250
Just me and my 5 year old boy taking advantage of some mud! I ride a 1986 honda fourtrax 250 2 wheel drive. His is a Coolster 125cc that has been flawless. I'll need to upgrade his tires to a more aggressive tread. Our 13 month old german shepherd puppy chasses us towards the end of the video, but I didn't record it :(

Fujitsu mini-split cold temp review -17F
A little off topic, but with the cold Minnesota winters I want people to know that a Fujitsu Heat Pump with the Halcyon will still produce plenty of heat even down to -20 to -30 degrees Fahrenheit. My power company shuts down our main heating unit when the energy demand is too high in our area. I have duel fuel, meaning I have the mini-split units, a gas fire-place, and an on demand hydronic in floor electric boiler. They will shut down the boiler when the energy demand is too high. I had just turned this unit on, it brought the house up to 68 easily. The outdoor model is AOU24RLXFZ and the indoor model is ASU12RLF1. This set up is capable to provide 100% heat at 5 degrees Fahrenheit outside temp. I was very impressed that it still provides plenty of heat at -17.

Mahindra 2638 and slushy snow
Just me again rambling about my compact tractor and showing the back blade clearing snow. Got about 5 inches of snow on top of soft slushy gravel driveway, so it sucked. Usually the ground is hard from cold temps, but Minnesota snow shows up whenever it wants to...literally.. I was having issues with the back blade digging into the gravel which I knew was going to be an issue with how soft the ground is. Late spring, I will be spreading out more class 5 gravel and sloping my driveway for better water drainage.
Anways,
Enjoy!

Honda Ridgeline oil change
2008 Honda Ridgeline 3.5 vtec engine, oil change. Same for all first gen Ridgeline. I use Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage Full Synthetic 5w-20. I have 89,000 miles. The engine runs so smooth with this stuff and starts no problem in extreme cold temps. You can get it at Walmart for $21 for a 5qt jug. You're going to spend $35-$50 at your local auto parts store. The Ridgeline uses 4.5 quarts of oil. I use Napa Filters because they are made by Wix, but for way cheaper and Wix in my opinion are if not one of the best quality filters out there in the market. I use the Gold Filter $7 instead of the platinum filter $12, they are pretty much the same. If you look at the specs both are 23 microns. And if you're a Valvoline guy, Napa's oil is made by Valvoline, but sold for cheaper. So for a total of $28 you can change your own oil for cheap and use high quality materials to keep your engine running longer and your wallet heavier.
Hope someone learns what they can from this video. Feel free to ask any questions.

Honda Fourtrax 250 1986
This is my 1986 Honda Fourtrax 250 4x2. In this video I am demonstrating how to use the kick start. Yes, after 35 years, the kick start works. Temperature outside was 45 degrees F and night time temps around the teens(which is why my battery is dead). Been sitting outside for a couple weeks. Everything on this atv is still original. Towards the end of the video I flipped my phone around, so I appologize about the upside down lol.

Honda Ridgeline transmission fluid check
This video shows how to check your transmission fluid in a 2008 Honda Ridgeline transmission. This will be the same for all first generation Ridgelines. Drive your vehicle for 10 minutes or until operating temperature. Then park on a level surface, shut the engine off and check within 60 to 90 seconds. The top hole mark on the dipstick means your full, but anywhere in between those hole marks and you are good.
Also, the Ridgeline use 3 quarts of transmission fluid. You don't need to use Honda's brand. You can use Valvoline MaxLife ATF.
Thanks for watching.
