2 eggs
2 cups milk ( add little more milk if you want thiner )
1 1/2 cup whole wheat 🌾 flour

Day 4 - Dinner - Lose 5 Kg in 5 Weeks - Baked Low Carb Beef Carrot Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Recipe :
2 big Red peppers
250 g minced beef
Half onion
1 carrot grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Cook them on medium heat 2 minutes
Add 200 ml any tomato sauce then cook another 1 minute
Fill up the peppers
Spray the peppers with olive oil
Bake 200 C 25 minutes
Remove add shredded cheese and bake again 5 minutes !
It was woft and yummy !! I love it !!
