Ingredients 1 cup flour 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats is better) 3 tbsp dry milk 1 cup water 6 tbsp coconut oil (or butter, shortening) 3/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 1-2 tbsp ghee or butter Use “quick oats” if you can, or grind down your oatmeal a little. You can use regular rolled oats if you want, you’ll just have a denser bread. For the coconut oil, you can substitute butter or shortening if you have them. For the ghee, you can substitute butter, coconut oil, shortening, or vegetable oil, depending what you have. Instead of using the dry milk, you can use 1 cup of fresh milk in place of the water. www.EmpowerAmerica.us
