Don't let the subtitles scare you, this is quite nearly a silent film with very little dialog. But it's atmosphere is creepy to the point it feels like a waking dream - or nightmare, if you will. Strange and eerie, Vampyr is an experience all film buffs should watch at least once. This film, as always, is in the public domain.

The 1968 classic that began the modern zombies craze, though the undead creatures in this film are only referred to as "ghouls." It may not be the first zombie movie, but it is the one that modern films of the genre emulate. This is a very clean print and presented here (natively) at 720p. Enjoy. This film is public domain.

Lon Chaney stars in the iconic, titular role. Quite a bit of this film has been lost, therefore we have (here) a stitched together copy as culled from at least 3 different cuts, most of them 16mm home versions from the 1930s. Still, it is an amazing piece of cinematic history. This film remains in the public domain. No copyrights have been infringed, including but not limited to any remastered cuts by independent publishers and/or distributors. No remastering of this print has been performed.
