Words of Inspiration

A few additional items with the original thoughts around fasting and the biblical instructions to pray and fast and how science is proving today the physical benefits of fasting and when we look at the spiritual benefits, we see how God's planning brings this all together, and it was written thousands of years ago. We will continue to add more and more of these blessings and things that have been shown to us. We want to share thoughts, prayers and other truths that are many times in plain sight today, we just have to look.
