Tim McClain, a Christian and child advocate, went to protest at a Drag Event being held at a church. While McClain wanted to stay on public property, he was invited in and paid a $30 admission fee. When McClain went to voice his opinion and leave, the man that invited him in assaulted him. McClain suffers from a rare and unnamed auto-immune disease which ruptured when he was assaulted, causing tremendous amounts of pain and damage to his skin. Now McClain is being charged with simple assault for defending himself. Thankfully McClain has a good Christian lawyer that was eager to take his case. On February 12th, Tim McClain, attended a Drag show, titled “Valentine’s Drag Queen Bingo”, at the Third Independent Presbyterian Church in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
