Postpartum to Pro- Week 14
Week 14!
A few set backs in my steps, sleep and calories this week.
I didn't weigh at the same time (Morning) as I usually do on Sundays, instead I waited for this afternoon. However, I am keeping the weight, as it is a tool for reference, not a number to be feared.
Physique is improving, I will make a progress video soon to show the differences as we approach the midpoint of the series.

We are making improvements! Although my weight is within 1lb of last week, I am not discouraged.
There is nothing that comes easy that is worth celebrating.
There is no journey worth reveling in that was short lived.

PostPartum to Pro WEEK 6!
We've hit a plateau! :(
Not a big deal, it was expected. I got my period back- 6 weeks postpartum and fell prey to my salt cravings.
I will be taking a 3 week break from posting- Home renovations and family plans are taking precedence now.
HOWEVER! I will still be recording my progress- Especially now that I am cleared to lift.
I will return to posting 3 Vlog videos on April 14th, 2024 (Week 7, 8 and 9).

Postpartum to Pro- Week 3- Pain Amnesia
Week 3 of my Postpartum to Pro journey.
I had to take a serious rest day as my incision was extra painful lately. To be honest, I don't recall the healing process after a C- section being this cumbersome the 1st time around.

This is the data from Week 1 of my 33 Postpartum to Pro BodyBuilding Journey!
I gave birth via C-Section on the 16th of February, thereby marking the start of my Vlog!
I took measurements of my calories, steps, sleep, water intake, and waistline from the 12th of February to the 18th. These measurements serve as the baseline for my future progress.
