Prayers and scripture as we discuss how we travel the paths of our lives. Personal experiences and insight that I have learned and what does the Bible say about the walk we have. Our path is directed, how do we know where and how to travel that certain path. We pray that you are blessed by these in the same way we have been.

Personal and Scriptural references to why we are sometimes woken up at 3am? Why does it seem to be the perfect time for the Lord to lay things on our heart to pray? Are you a new Christian that has been woken up at that time before? Do you lay in bed trying to go back to sleep, and you cant, you feel like you must do something but you don't know what. Seek the Lord, hear what the scripture tells us. Listen to personal examples. What does God tell us to do?

Thoughts around fasting and the biblical instructions to pray and fast and how science is proving today the physical benefits of fasting and when we look at the spiritual benefits, we see how God's planning brings this all together, and it was written thousands of years ago, long before anyone knew the medical benefits, but they are tied to the Spiritual benefits. Just as God does i everything, He teaches us in His word that the Spiritual and physical have so many interrelated things that we learn more each day.
